We have eaten here previously and the food and service was great. Yesterday, we rang up an order for 1 gluten free pizza and 2 garlic sauces. My partner is coeliac so we triple checked with the waiter on the phone the order, he called it back and it was correct. When we arrived, we were a bit confused as they were insistent that we had ordered 2 garlic breads, and 2 identical pizzas, one gluten free and one not. We insisted that this is not what we ordered, and look, people make mistakes and miscommunication can happen. The guy who took our order over the phone appeared and was insistent this is what we ordered, we offered to pay for the whole lot anyways. The place is themed all around Pinocchio, and the décor is actually really well done. Quirky, colourful and full of character.
What really grabbed my attention though was the staff situation. There are loads of them. It honestly felt like I’d walked into some kind of undercover operation. Everyone in black, wearing earpieces, darting around with military precision. I half expected someone to do a tactical roll past the pizza oven.
We ordered pizzas all round and the food turnaround was ridiculously quick. Starters landed within about five minutes, followed by a short food intermission, then boom, mains appeared like clockwork. No complaints there, especially when you're hungry and have kids to keep fed and happy.

I lost count of how many times my chair got bumped. And to top it off, I was sat directly under an air con unit that decided to periodically drip mystery liquid onto my head, my pizza, and the table. I’m assuming it was just water... really hoping it was just water.
Despite that, it was a lovely meal. Fast service, good food, and a fun atmosphere. We’d definitely go back, just maybe with a table that’s not positioned under a rogue air...

Food: We’ve been here on numerous occasions and have tried a variety of dishes, every single one has been excellent. The menu offers something for everyone, with generous portions and consistently high quality. The prices are surprisingly low for the level of food you get. Rating: 5/5 ⭐️
Drinks: We’ve also tried several drinks here. One standout is the Macallan, which costs only €9.00 (at the time of writing), a great price compared to many other places. A solid selection overall, with great value. Rating: 5/5 ⭐️
Staff: The staff are fantastic, always smiling, friendly, and quick. Since we’ve become repeat customers, they now recognise us and always go out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The service is both warm and efficient. Rating: 5/5 ⭐️
Environment: The restaurant is super cute and nicely decorated. It’s always buzzing with people, yet we’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a table. The music is just right, present but quiet enough to comfortably enjoy a conversation. Rating: 5/5 ⭐️
Value for Money: Incredible value. This is easily our favourite restaurant on the island. The combination of great food, low prices, generous portions, and excellent service is unmatched. If you’re after good food at a fair price, this is the place to go. Rating: 5/5 ⭐️
