LEVEL Mallorca Living — Hotel in Palma

TLTR:Bathroom very dirty Spider webs on the ceiling. Staff unfriendly that accused me of lying.

We arrived at 18 and went directly to the beach, we just left our bags in the room. When we arrived at 21 we enter in the bathroom and was very dirty, some stains in the toiler seat that was looking like puke or blood. I took photos and wanted to talk to someone in reception but no one was there. During the check out the next morning I bring this issue to the staff that was the next morning there and after she talked to the manager she called me a liar and said that that was sand that i brought from the beach.

They claim that it is a 3 star hotel but the cleanliness and the treatment from the staff is not up to those standards. And I expected a bit more respect from them since I was just complaining for a service that i paid for and treating them fairly Without mention that the splashes in the toilet, if thet are puke or blood could be a health issue.

Hi all, wanna thank Level Mallorca Living team for hosting us. The location of Hotel is wonderful its 3 min to the beach, where u can find stores, restaurants. Same is bus stop , with connections to Palma and Airport. Tidy rooms, fresh towels and good bad. Reception prepared a room for birthday, as I requested.
