We had a 7-night stay at this hotel as part of a Jet 2 break and really could not fault the hotel. Particularly positive points are,|Extensive breakfast menu that can be eaten inside or outside. On most days we didn’t need a lunch!|The hotel is maintained to a high standard and kept immaculately clean.|All the staff are friendly and helpful. The ladies that service breakfast and those that service your room work particularly hard.|Location is great. The locality of the hotel is quiet, yet only a 2-minute walk to the main pine walk beside the sea and about 20 minutes to the main area/square.|Rooms are of a high standard. Plenty of wardrobe space for all my partners dresses and shoes! Free safe and a good-sized fridge to keep drinks cold. Beds were very comfortable and powerful, large walk-in shower. |Nice pool area which seems to get the sun for most of the day. It was rare that we could not get a sun lounger, but do tend to be out most of the day so often only went down from about 4pm onwards.|Th hotel is popular and seems to attract repeat guests, which is a good sign. There were a mix of age ranges whilst we were there, and popular with ‘young at heart mature guests’ – like us! The plus side of this is that it is very easy to strike up conversations at breakfast and get tips on places to eat and visit. |There can be some plumbing noise but unless the person in the adjacent room ha a shower at 2am (who does that?) It is not in any way intrusive.|Would we stay here again – Absolutely Yes. If you are looking for a great hotel in Puerto Pollensa this hotel is highly recommended. There are no all-inclusive options, kids club, foam parties or themed dining evenings! – just high quality, low key, peaceful accommodation, with a mix of lovely fellow guests – pure bliss. |Things that we did and enjoyed – catch local buses to Pollensa and Alcudia old town (not the port)|Places where we ate and enjoyed - Culture, Plaza Uno and Maxim – all in main square. Laroc and The Core - about half way to the main area from hotel and one...

Due to unforeseen circumstances me and my partner had to leave our accommodation in the middle of our holiday and we were desperate to find somewhere with it being the peak of the season. Luckily we called in to Villa Singala and Josef the manager went above and beyond to do everything he could to accommodate us. We ended up spending 2 nights in a balcony room and 2 nights in another room without a balcony and honestly I cannot fault either. Josef held our luggage for us, let us check in early, had our second room ready first thing in the morning so we were able to move across straight away and quite honestly he could not have been more helpful and I am so grateful for his kindness as it honestly saved our holiday.
The rooms at Villa Singala are modern, clean and perfect. All the amenities you need (kettle,tv,aircon, hair dryer and a very very comfy bed). The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday and the shower and bathroom was fantastic. Breakfast is basic but very yummy, continental and plenty to choose from & wonderful staff working each morning.
The hotel is located across from my favourite bar in Puerto Pollensa (Store Forementor) which is a MUST on a Sunday for their live music and food - i recommend the paella.
The location of the hotel is perfect, I have been coming to PP for over 20 years and we have stayed up and down the pine walk and I honestly miss the walk when we don’t stay at the end which Villa singala is located at. It takes about 1 minute to get onto the front and then about 10 to get to the shops and restaurants along the pine walk.
I seriously cannot recommend this hotel enough, we...
Read moreSituated in a quiet location. A 2 minute walk to the seafront and within easy reach of restaurants and bars. Our room was spotlessly clean with a small balcony and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was bright and had a very powerful shower, hairdryer too, not one of those ineffective wall mounted ones that you have to keep your finger on the button to operate it. The staff were lovely and you could tell they wanted you to enjoy your stay. There was a good continental breakfast selection served in the small dining room or lounge area. If you don't want to venture far for dinner The Store bar & restaurant is just across the road, so is the small supermarket. I would definitely...
