Stroll along the promenade for a little and you will find Velomar along the beach.

I had the tomato bruschetta and cod with sobrasada & honey and it was absolutely delicious! While it was the setting that attracted me to the venue (wine by the beach... why not?!), it was the only place I noticed that had Sobrasada on the menu... but that could be because I was specifically looking at the fish section!

The house white was a great compliment to my meal, and the service was just fantastic.

The pricing is also incredibly reasonable for the other options along the promenade. I would go again and again.

When I arrived, I was seated at a different table which wasn't in the sun. The team were happy to move me when another table became free, middle table at the end of the beach terrace, closest to the water. It's in between the parasols which means the sun just sneaks through...

Great position on the beach, staff friendly and service reasonably good, although they didn't ask us if we wanted dessert or coffee. But the food was terrible. We had garlic bread to start, which was basically a crusty bread roll with alioli in, which after being microwaved to death, had congealed and looked most unappetising. Then we both had spaghetti frutti di mare, which was pretty revolting and we were unable to finish. Wasn't fresh, had been microwaved to heat up, although not hot enough by the time it reached us. We are surprised we survived the night without being ill. Very expensive €74 euros for 2 bread rolls, 2 pasta dishes, a bottle of mediocre wine and a small bottle of water. We came for breakfast, the lady was alone and told us that it might take a while, we were ok with that, she didnt give us the menu, so we started to order according to what she told us she had, but from the lunch menu the prices were average. However, when she gave us the bill the prices were much more than what was on the menu, for the bread with tomato 7.50 euros each, each Neapolitan at 2.40 euros, an abuse. The lady was very nice from the beginning, she told us that she was alone, so we tried not to bother her, in the end it seemed like a scam. Charging us more than what the lunch menu said.
