The food was lovely and delicious but when we told them our dietary requirements, they were ignored and we were served food we could not eat, three times. We even spoke in Spanish but they refused to listen. They got our order wrong and served our starters well after we had finished our mains. We had 3 different servers which made it hard for them to all keep track of our requirements, and therefore mess up our order so many times. As lovely as the staff were, the service was ridiculously slow. We waited almost half an hour for the card machine after they gave us the bill. No one was around to be able to catch their eye for it. Spent a fantastic Sunday evening here on holiday. Had booked a few weeks in advance (essential) - the place was packed with people! Live music started shortly after 5pm and it was great fun. Our 19 month old loved all the singing and dancing. I had sea bass which was absolutely delicious, the garlic butter dressing was divine. Best sea bass I have ever had. Husband had chicken burger which he thoroughly enjoyed. A few ice cold G&Ts and great jovial atmosphere made for a fun time. The staff were rushed off their feet so the service was quite slow but they were doing their best, could just do with more hands on deck. Do not waste your time here. One and a half hour wait for a cheese toasty (basic white bread, pre-sliced cheese, sliced ham) that could have been made in less than 5 minutes and some avacado on toast (sliced avocado and a slice of toast) which wasn’t even on the toast. Many other guests also furious with how long the most basic of meals were taking to be served, some having already walked out when we were starting to get restless.
