The waiter was rude. No friendliness in him. Instead of being friendly and understanding he sounded like a little street gangster. No hello guys how are you and could you sit on a smaller table or can I split this 4 People table (2×2) in two. Nothing of that. Plain rudeness. This is why we walked away.

Dear, if you work in the hospitality service and your rating is only 4.3 you have to start being professional. Not only in the restaurant but also how you deal with criticism.

If you like steak, don't eat here! I was asked how I would like it, I said blue, the waitress said red? I said extra red. It came as a thin piece of massively over cooked, powdery shoe leather. It was also on a bed of peppers, which I hate and weren't on the menu. I complained and barely got an apology. It was the most expensive thing on the menu and I paid for it, despite only eating a couple of mouthfuls. The pasta, apparently was good and the starters were nice, but I was left hungry, with a bad taste and €25 lighter, for a meal...

I’m not satisfied with the food and hospitality.

Pasta pollo with creamy pepper sauce kinda missed chicken and taste. A lot of pasta and sauce, then peppers then small amount of tiny chicken pieces. Very bad proportions, very tasteless dish.

Decent pizza, not many toppings even as Italian pizza (which usually has less ingredients than American pizza).

The girl waitress was not friendly, but older waiter was much better.

Decent place with a decent food.
