NEVER BOOK THIS APARTMENTS!

First of all, THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK WELL! I went down to reception all she said was “we never had this before let me call this people who work on it” I am 100% sure she never called anyone because the wifi does not work still. I waited to write the review after I leave but this annoying badly working wifi is just last straw. The wifi does not work well

Secondly, their check-in is SUPER LATE at 3 pm and even that was late and I could only check in at 3.30pm. They did not say anything about it except sorry it is the other guests. I understand that but still I am sure you made those guests leave at 11am same how the checkout is for everyone! I doubt you allowed them for late checkout!

Thirdly, the apartment is super dirty !!! It feels like it has been used by a lot of people. The sofa has a lot of stains on it! The whole place is not clean! Sure, you can live there but the smell is there and it is not nice. I only stayed because I did not want to go through the whole fuss of finding a new apartment in a day! I will add pics for you to see.

Personally their pictures on website is not the same as in real life and there was no balcony!

You can hear everything from the streets! For me it is not a problem for others could be! I did however wake up at 9 am every 15 minutes when the cathedral bells were going. Every night at 00.00 the truck takes away trash and that is also loud.

You can hear the top floors stepping on the floors! I could hear people move furniture and such. There is no soap to wash hands with except the shower gel in the bathroom shower that does not move. The shower pressure is bad. There were stains of previous toothpaste on the sink.

There is this constant very bad smell like someone left something. The kitchen pots and other things were dirty, I mean even if the previous guests left the mess you could have cleaned it!

Overall, the place is super outdated, it does not look like the pictures it looks like old, in the pictures it looks clean and cute. I booked for gym which only has 1 treadmill and 2 bikes so I never used it and it is super small.

The kitchen does not have any oil or salt or anything to cook with. There is not even coffee pods. If you can avoid living here please do :)

Extremely bad experience with this hotel. Poor service and poor management! They also exploit tourists! One the first day I arrived this hotel at Sevilla and found there were many fruit flies inside the hotel room. I emailed and reported to the customer service representative and they said they would apply some products to kill the flies. However, the products wasn’t working and the representative told me that there was NO flies alive!! They not only told lies but also exploited me and my partner! We requested a refund through Trip.com to relocate to another hotel because of the unacceptable hygiene standards, but the hotel refused. Instead, they demanded an additional 60 Euros to upgrade our room. With no other options, we accepted, but upon inspecting the upgraded room, we found it was also infested with soooo mannyyyy fliesssss tooooo!!! The hotel’s handling of this entire situation was incredibly disappointing. Their service and hospitality were among the poorest I have ever encountered😔😮💨🤯Photos attached for other travellers for reference.1) Water leaking from the ceiling near the room, causing noise disturbances.2) There were no alive flies inside the room 🙃🙃3) The cleaner cleaned everything thoroughly ☺️☺️4) Water refluxing back from the bathroom pipe 5) Cockroach presented🪳 on the floor 6) Constant noise caused by running water beneath the floor.All of these problems made it impossible to sleep or rest comfortably during our stay.Besides, we heard a Korean couple reported to the staff about the toilet problem too.It was very unlucky that I paid EURO 580 to this hotel to ruined my trip in Sevilla, a very beautiful city in Spain indeed. This place is a scammer. It smelled sewage and had outdated, non-working amenities (washer/dryer), and poorly-maintained condition (leaked shower). The worst place we stayed in Europe. What a terrible experience! They never send me the entry code by email and lied about it (they alleged it was sent on 2:49pm to my email according to their Expedia review, yeah right, got my email and message, we did on-line checkin and of course they have our email and no they don't go to spam once you receive them onward, I checked spam folder, not there either). They didn't even answer my message through Expedia. Such a pathetic lier!) when I called them in the airport. At first they claimed they couldn't find my confirmation, after a long conversation on the phone, they finally gave the code to us. Moral of story: once you lie, you have to find ways to cover it. So don't lie to begin with. Overall condition was sub-par, with leaked/dirty shower and outdated washer/dryer that made lots of noise. We lost sleep trying to run washer which wouldn't get clothes dried because of the outdated old machine. (Wash one load for three hours and can never get them dried) We had to haul all wet clothes and walk 15 min. to a laundrymat and haul them back. For such a huge hassle and massive inconvenientce, no apology was offered. So not worth it for $188/night. Our stay ruined my impression on Seville. Be aware: automatic check in, no human service, they choose to send code or not, very unreliable. Thank God only stay there one night....
