Positives: Everything: warm welcome from someone passionate about Toledo; luxurious room (open via an app or tap card)... spacious, fantastic bed and linen; fridge (no mini bar but a Carrefour directly opposite); luxurious bathroom with extra amenities:- vanity kit to shower cap...under floor heating, split system and a plug in heater...rooms are built around an inner courtyard and there's a lovely bar/restaurant on site... it is better than the photos! One of the best hotels i have stayed in during my frequent visits to Spain. Everything is walkable if you are fit enough...including from the train station if you have a back pack luggage. Just steps from the main square... very reasonable prices for the quality. I loved this hotel.|By the way...the name translates to The Saddlery Inn. This hotel is deserving of slightly more than most 4* hotels. Negatives: my room only had an inner courtyard view. You might want to request an external view if that is...

This place operates like a three star hotel. Given this, I am leaving annoyed at the price/experience.

My room was ready an hour late from the promised 2 pm check-in. I waited in the courtyard and was not offered a snack, wine, or even water to make up for the annoyance, despite their restaurant being open for lunch service.

The rooms do not have bathrobes, slippers, minibar, coffee station, or any kind of welcome snack. Just two plastic water bottles in a mini-fridge that makes a whirring noise. The TV has no access to any streaming apps like Netflix or Prime video. Screencast is also not possible. My room had a standing shower only.

Previous night I had just stayed at a different four star hotel which had all of these things, even towel warming rack, separate bidet, complimentary bath salts. The difference in quality...
