UNIK. Apartments Valencia — Hotel in Valencia

Booked for a group stay. The team couldn't have been more helpful, from helping us with the booking to arranging taxis and providing information on check in.

The apartments were clean, with basic facilities and necessities provided (linen, towels, kettle, crockery and enough pans/small hob to cook a basic breakfast). The friendly cleaner was happy to provide more towels and linen on request.

It was also fantastic value for money and a great location, within easy walking distance of many of the attractions in the centre and a metro station/buses to take you further afield (airport, City of Arts and Sciences, the beach). It's just around the corner from the fantastic maim market too, ideal for picking up some food and orange juice to eat back at the apartment!

We had four adults in most apartments which worked ok as we were using it as a base to crash, but could potentially feel a little cramped. Also just to note that there's not a door between the main bedroom and living area (which has a sofa bed with a pull out bed underneath), so it's like four people in one room. This didn't bother us, and was clear from the photos, but just so you're aware!

Despite the apartments being near restaurants and bars, we only experienced loud street noise one night and we think it was just a random group, so probably a one off.

A very nice and spotless appartment. Centrally located (2 minutes walking to Central Market, Lonja la Seda and max 5 minutes away from Placa Ayuntament). The appartment is renovated, has air conditioning (which was not working with hot air...althoug it was not very much needed), clean bathroom, TV and a very good wi-fi connection. The bedroom is a bit small but enough for period of times. The mattrasses were incredibly confortable. There is also a kitchinette available. The checkin process was easy. I fully recommend this...

It is a great apartament. Very large with a big living and a bedroom. It is very but very near from center(about 3 min walk). It is very clean, it has wi fi free an just cross the street there are some restaurants very good.The price was good and the staff wery kind. We wont to return there!
