First of all i have to start out with the fact that I am not a foodie. With that in mind i will start with the music: "Edith Piaf, Bobby Darin, and a varied combination of swing and jazz tunes. Someone picked these songs (or the station) with a purpose and it worked. Second, the service. Having waiting tables for seven years through school, without service, the rest doesn't matter. Alesso (I think I got this spelling correct), Juan, and Oscar were on it! Great service, explanations, and just enough info to let you know what was going on but not too much as to be intrusive. Inviting, relaxed vibe coming off of all three of them. Third, atmosphere: lights are dim with two floors of seven tables each. The sign outside says adults only, and I can't imagine it is because the owner doesn't like kids so much as this cozy place has two and four top tables that while not "tight" is probably not a place you want kids gallivanting about. Finally, the food. Well, here is the menu that I recommend: start with Pink tomato with basil oil, and fresh cheese, gazpacho and capers. This dish sneaks up on your taste buds with a simple, yet tasty attack. Next, Fresh squid with lemon jam and parsley oil. As they say in Brooklyn (at least in the movies) "foughetaboutit." So tasty. This is not your mother's calamari. It's really more like a dessert mid meal. Mains: Press Iberica. Iberian pig with vegetable stew and coriander. Not pigs in a blanket; pigs on a carpet of taste. Finally, the Iberian pork cheek in Babalia red wine and roasted pumpkin puree. This has to be had even if you ignore everything else. So tender, the meat melts. The pumpkin/wine combination may sound like a weird halloween, but it works like magic.

This spot immediately grabbed my attention with its tiny facade and the closed door, making you ring the bell to get in. The welcome was super warm, and the waitstaff? Total pros—efficient and pro all the way. The small facade and closed door had me expecting something special, an exclusive vibe with top-notch eats. The inside is cozy, beautifully simple decor—few tables, but they're spacious, allowing for cool decorations like vases and table lights. Instant chill vibes without feeling squished with other guests. The service? Crazy friendly and efficient. Shoutout to Eros, Alessio, and Ivan for the VIP treatment—classy gentlemen who speak multiple languages.

Now, the food? Next level. Didn't need to ask for extra stuff; it was on point. We went for 3 starters, 1 main dish, and 2 desserts. Each one was a work of art, especially because they were served on its own as opposed to everything at once like everywhere else.

This place just went above and beyond in every way. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for more than your average Spanish joint. Super intimate atmosphere, cozy tunes, friendly but laid-back service, and, oh yeah, the food is so refined it tastes even better with the whole vibe. Our visit to Jamon Jamon in Valencia was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped inside, the romantic and warm atmosphere set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

We started with the pink tomatoes and beans with Iberian ham—a beautifully simple yet flavor-packed dish. The tomatoes were sweet and juicy, perfectly complemented by the tender beans and the rich, savory notes of the Iberian ham.

For mains, we savored the iberian pork cheeks and the seared octopus, both of which were cooked to perfection. The pork cheeks were incredibly tender, melting in the mouth with every bite, and paired with a sauce that was rich and full-bodied. The octopus was equally impressive—succulent, with a delightful char that elevated its flavor profile to new heights.

To end the meal, we indulged in the blueberry cheesecake, which was creamy, smooth, and a perfect finale to our culinary journey.

The service was outstanding—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff clearly took pride in ensuring every detail of the evening was perfect.
