We came here with high hopes, and at first, everything seemed great. The food itself was genuinely very good, and for a moment, we thought we had discovered a lovely spot. Unfortunately, the service quickly ruined the experience.

When we arrived, no one approached us, so after waiting for a while, I went inside to ask whether we should order at the bar or if someone would come to our table. The staff member I spoke to first insisted that I walk back out and enter through a different door (which was honestly quite strange), but eventually she said someone would come to take our order.

Even though there were only about three tables occupied in the entire place and plenty of staff walking around, not a single person came to us on their own initiative. It felt as if we were invisible. The service was so unprofessional that at one point, people sitting at other tables actually started asking us what was going on. Two of the three occupied tables ended up leaving without ordering anything because they were so frustrated. All of them were tourists, so it did make me wonder if maybe the staff simply didn’t feel like serving tourists at all.

When we were finally ready to pay, we waited at our table for about ten minutes, again with no one coming over. I walked inside to look for someone to help us, but I couldn’t find any staff anywhere. I literally spent another seven minutes standing around inside, searching for anyone who worked there. Eventually, I realized that the entire team was just sitting outside at a table together, not even glancing in our direction or making any effort to help.

Normally, I understand that staff need breaks, but the restaurant was still open for another hour. It genuinely felt as though we were supposed to be grateful and honored that they were willing to serve us at all.

It’s really a shame, because the kitchen does an excellent job, the food is good, fresh, and nicely presented. But in the end, the attitude of the staff left such a bad taste in my mouth that I wouldn’t recommend this place. None of the other guests seemed to understand what was happening either. It’s just sad when a promising restaurant is completely let down by such...

Unfortunately me and my friend were a bit disappointed by this place. We went there around 1pm hoping to eat the pancakes but then when we sat down they told us they didnt had any left.....Like whaaat? Its 1 oclock on a sunday and half the menu is pancakes! So that was very disappointing. Then we ordered something else, which tasted good but we wanted to add kimchi and guess what?; no kimchi either.. After that we still wanted something sweet so we ordered the banana bread, that was also very disappointing and just not a good flavour in general. It had some sort of peanutbutter cream on it which tasted very fake. I didn't even finish it and that says a lot. I want to add that the service was very friendly though so no complaints about that but the place definitely needs some better organising in terms of preparing food for a busy sunday. Also, while I was eating the banana bread I saw pancakes were served to people who arrived after us.. So that was very strange. Maybe they made a new batch or so but if I would have known I would have ordered the pancakes instead of the banabread because thats what we came for in the first...

It does not live up the hype at all. We got the avocado toast and it was just ok… the flavor / seasoning on the avocado was weak and they don’t source (at least today / i had to go find myself some salt on a table ) tasty avocados. bread okay. the coffee is okay too, not bad but nothing special. that was basically the only salty vegan option.

the AC & fan are low for the hot days.

The staff was nice, not attentive or friendly as other places but also not mean or rude. We did have to remind them of the juice, and it was tough to get their attention to get the bill… they were busy (understaffed).

Also inner decoration is super bland, again does not live up to the hype. The blender machine is super loud. every time a juice is made we had to speak VERY LOUD. it must be an acoustic problem as well, I could hear everything the barista was doing at the bar. it kills the vibe. so. - sit outside if you want to come to this place, despite the food not being impressive in flavor :) - overpriced...

The positives: - the staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful - they speak English, if you need it - everything is visually appealing - the Macho ibérico was very tasty - everything came quicky - the atmosphere is relaxed - it is clean, including the toilets The not so great: - the pancakes - they were quite tasteless - the coffee and the matcha latte would have been perfect, if they weren't sweet - maybe there is some sugar in the milk used? - the orange juice is not freshly squeezed Overall, it was a nice experience, it is quite a decent place and would support it for the people working there. I hope though they can make some improvements of the pancakes, don't use sweetened milk by default and make an actual orange fresh juice at the time of the order, not keep it in the fridge the whole day. But still, give this place a chance, it is quite a good one regardless :)

I really liked the location and the portion sizes for breakfast. The dishes themselves were very tasty and beautifully presented, which is a big plus – everything looked incredibly appetizing. The price matches the quality. However, the coffee was quite average—not something you’d truly enjoy or remember. Just a standard cup, nothing special. On the bright side, one dish is enough to feel full. As for the service, there were some issues. We were first served dessert and only then the savory dishes, without being asked if we preferred a different order. That could have been clarified. The atmosphere wasn’t very cozy; some areas were not clean, and the tables weren’t wiped properly, which brought the service level down. The interior also left much to be desired. We sat in the larger hall, where the lighting was dim, and overall, the design wasn’t very appealing.

We came to the cafe for breakfast with my husband and child. When we arrived, a family was already sitting there, having finished breakfast. Our Drinks arrived quickly. Having made the order, we waited for it for almost an hour, during which time another couple came to the cafe and received their breakfast and for some reason managed to eat it before us. When my husband and I received our order (each ordered one item), we had to wait about 10 minutes for the child’s pancake to be brought. As an apology, a free Aperol was offered. But the wait turned out to be too long, given that there were no people besides us and the other couple. I don’t know what the problem was, but you need to work on the feed speed. The food itself was delicious and looks exactly like the picture. The waiters were friendly
