Unfortunately, we only had one night at this lovely hotel. There was nothing that we didn’t like about it, apart from the fact that there were no lake views. If there were though we probably couldn’t have afforded it!||We checked in and they held our luggage as we arrived before lunch. After lunch our room was ready and it was lovely. We chose a Signature room which was the middle rank of the three types available and it was a lovely size for a short overnight stay with a very comfortable bed and bathroom, a coffee machine and a couple of chairs which we like.||After getting settled we went down to the very attractive bar for our welcome drinks, which we receive as Accor Plus members. Usually all you get is a house wine or beer, but here we could choose their signature rose cocktail, which was a very enjoyable drink.||After a good night’s sleep, we had our included breakfast in the restaurant next to the bar. Again a very attractive and welcoming room. There was a continental buffet and then a choice of hot main dishes cooked to order. Just like the signature cocktail, they had a signature breakfast, which was a fried egg on a Roesti base. I had mine with sides of sausage and bacon and it was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had.||The hotel allowed us a late checkout so that we could shower and freshen up before our evening flight home to Australia.||I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Geneva, and if we are lucky enough to return to the city we would...

Issue with Lost Item: Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a significant security concern. I inadvertently left my iPods in my room upon checkout. Realizing this later, I immediately contacted the hotel, who informed me that they had not yet cleaned the room and would update me on the matter.
Tracking the Lost iPods: Due to my busy schedule, I returned to the hotel in the late afternoon. In the meantime, I used Apple's Find My application to track my iPods, which showed their movement across Geneva, pinpointing a specific address at rue Jean-Charles Amat 6, 1202 Genève. I took the precaution of remotely locking the iPods to prevent misuse.
Lack of Resolution: The following day, the tracker showed the iPods returning to the hotel. I informed the hotel management of this, providing all the tracking information. However, the response was disheartening. The management expressed complete trust in their staff, but did not address my concern satisfactorily.
Conclusion: While I appreciate the hotel's confidence in their staff, as a guest, I feel a lack of customer-oriented problem-solving in this situation.
