Chez ma cousine Lissignol — Restaurant in Geneva

This place always hits the spot! The wife and I were on our way out of town and stopped in here for a quick bite before catching our train to Verbier. We only had about 25 minutes to spend but were seated immediately upon entry, even though it was quite busy. There was a place to put our luggage out of the way. All the staff were singing along to the tunes on the radio. Lol. Everyone seemed to be having a good time and enjoying the day; Both the customers and the staff! We ordered the same thing we had when we dined in before because we knew it would be good. 1/2 rotisserie chicken with potatoes and a small salad. They don’t have much on the menu but they specialize in what they do have. The food came out so quick and was just as delectable as before. Really wish they had this place back in the States 🇺🇸. Will be happy to repeatedly dine here in the future...

Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

I had the worst experience at this establishment. The service was terrible, and the staff, particularly the waiter, was unbelievably rude from start to finish.

The most shocking moment occurred when I asked for salad dressing. Instead of answering politely or providing assistance, the waiter rudely grabbed the salad bowl, lifted it up, and said, “The dressing is at the bottom. Mix it yourself.” He then dropped the bowl back onto the table with an attitude, making me feel like I should have somehow known this.

As a first-time customer, how was I supposed to know the dressing was at the bottom of the bowl? The lack of courtesy and professionalism was appalling.

This was my first visit, and it will absolutely be my last. I strongly advise against wasting your time...

My girlfriend and I were visiting Geneva for our last night in Switzerland. We ate at a few restaurants and found that most of them seem to be fairly expensive.

We found this restaurant on trip advisor and thought we’d give it a go as it was one of the ones on a cheaper side and thought we can save some money. The staff were nice and friendly and we asked our waiter what she recommended as well as their signature chicken. She suggested the Thai green curry chicken.

When the food came we basically ate everything. The portions were fair. The food was nice and the flavours were great. Much better all other restaurants that we’ve been too in the 9 days of Switzerland.
