礁溪松語墅溫泉居 — Hotel in Jiaoxi Township

Stayed at 松語墅 Pine Homestay during my recent trip to taiwan and was blown away by their excellent service.||||They contacted me the day prior to my stay in Jiaoxi through Line and offered to pick me up at the train station. While having pick up service is not uncommon, they went one step further by offering to pick me up when i am done visiting the hot spring park. Even though Jiaoxi isnt a very big town, it was a very nice gesture.||||They also have the most honest, sincere and friendly group of housekeepers (小管家）. While reserving my stay, I was told that since it was a public holiday, the price would be slightly higher. During my check in, the housekeeper on duty told me the public holiday was not on that day itself even though the day i stayed was the day of the Dragon boat festival. Not only did they charge me the non holiday rate, they even offered me a discount because my birthday falls on the same day as the festival on the lunar calendar. The housekeeper even told my girlfriend and I to buy ourselves some good food with the money saved. That night, they also offered us the rice dumplings they made themselves for supper. Being overseas and still getting to eat rice dumplings during dragon boat festival really made us feel like home. The housekeepers really treated us like friends even though we were just foreign travellers staying for a night.||||Besides the service, the room was also great. The bed was so comfortable that we kept lazing on it whenever we could and the private hot spring tub was much bigger than what was depicted in the photographs. ||||Highly recommended. 5 Star...

我住的是星滿意竹房型。剛好趕上十月的九折訂房優惠，一開始入住覺得房間有點普通好像不算實惠，不過住了一晚之後住宿體驗非常滿意！住起來很舒適，湯池很大放水要比較久，不過空間很大兩個人一起泡湯很空間很有餘裕。 露天的湯池配置我也很喜歡，湯池旁也有足夠空間放置咖啡杯、浴巾等物品，能一邊喝咖啡喝水，且每個出浴的地方都有放置腳踏墊，不會讓整個地板濕濕的。

🌟雖然有一些覺得可以再加強的部分，但住宿體驗很棒，整體瑕不掩瑜。如果再來礁溪玩的話會考慮再訪。🌟

懶骨頭坐起來很舒服，絕對不比沙發差。房間有除濕機，入住的時候就有開著了。 床頭有置物的平台可以放小東西很方便，且是下凹的設計，東西放在床頭不會很容易就掉下來。

小冰箱是單門的，附給住客的咖啡包跟茶包是ucc跟天仁的

開燈有時候要稍微等久一點才會亮。讓我比較困擾的一個缺點是插座離床很遠，插座滿少的，我是稍微把床移靠近插座才比較好。很需要插座的住客建議可以準備延長線。

床旁邊的角落放了一盆東西，原本以為是垃圾桶，後來發現是擋住那面像是牆的拉門，不小心打開來看到的是類似儲藏空間的地方，我覺得這部分可以加強標語提醒住客不要打開或是設計不會被打開。 樓中樓的階梯滿高的，上樓的話要小心一點。

沙發區跟淋浴間那邊有配置深色窗簾，如果不想早上被亮醒可以用，很貼心。

廁所、淋浴間的牆面天花板有用竹子裝飾，擋住屋簷會累積灰塵沙子的樣子，氛圍還不錯。

第一次放溫泉水的時候有撈到兩顆黑黑的東西，經詢問後小管家回應是壁虎大便，也立即回覆表達歉意可以幫忙整理，不過我想露天的地方也難免，不算是很大的問題，會在意的住客在泡湯時可能要稍微注意一下。

第一次打開馬桶的時候有看到一根頭髮在裡面，我使用的經驗是沖馬桶要壓久一點否則沖不乾淨。

廁所洗手台的水龍頭一打開的水柱很強會噴得旁邊都濕答答，開的時候建議先開小一點。淋浴的水壓反而有點小，淋浴間好像是日式設計坐著淋浴，所以牆上沒有掛蓮蓬頭的地方，我平常是習慣空出雙手淋浴，不過這樣坐著洗，備品就放在面前取用也滿舒服的。 沐浴備品是上山採藥，有提供潤髮乳，沐浴乳跟洗髮精是比較乾澀的，味道很好聞。吹風機的風有點小。

很多人說的隔音問題確實是存在，隔壁棟在放水講話的聲音都聽得很清楚，不過可能我比較幸運，沒有遇上在夜晚大聲交談的住客。

有些人提到的露天湯池隱私問題，我覺得這部分民宿做得不錯，兩面都有簾子可以放下來，除非真的非常非常怕被看到，不然我覺得隱私方面是沒問題的。 不過四腳的圓桌可能會不穩，玻璃桌面也不是固定的，住客要小心碰到壓到桌面發生危險的事。

住宿期間剛好碰上颱風，晚上雨下大的時候雨會噴到裡面，湯池旁的小桌子都是雨水，如果有碰上天氣不佳的情況要注意東西不要放在外面。

Really nice place for a drop-in hot spring experience. They offer private rooms for anyone who is going solo and want something quick. Prices are affordable, I think between $10-20 for 40 min or something. Highly recommend checking out. Probably about 20 minutes from the train...
