Very disappointing. The photo is differ from the actual room. I booked room have big bath, whereas the actual room do not have it and wasn't same as the booked room. The counter did not do any action about it and only feedback us another room already had customer check in. It's unreasonable for hotel did not reserved room for who booked in advance.
