Perhaps the experience I had encountered was poor due to a cultural disconnect but I want to share what happened with other travelers.
First off, I travel all over the World and have established Hotel Program points with various chains and this hotel was supposed to be tied to Hilton Honors. When I checked at 3:45 pm the line was extremely long and the staff was ill prepared to handle the number of people checking in so the wait was extremely long. They either didn't staff enough check in clerks or they didn't train them to proficiently do their job efficiently.
My agent loudly and rudely told me that "You get no points and we do NOT acknowledge Hilton Honors because you used a third party to book your room" Im sure many of you who are reading this post have also used third party apps to book a room, but to be scorned and put down for doing so seems a bit unnecessary.
Furthermore, after flying 15 hours to get here to celebrate a birthday, I requested a room with a bathtub. (not too much to ask) Usually Hilton Honors members get a free upgrade. But her less than courteous response was: "We are completely sold out tonight and you will get a wheelchair accessible room only." Hmmm ...
So here's what they said about the bath tub situation. We will TRY to switch you out to a room with a bath tub tomorrow, however you need to grab all your stuff and remove it from the room by noon and then by 3:30 pm we will TRY to get you a room with a tub. This is the most nonsense I've ever heard. I paid for a room and expect to have FULL utilization of this room for the entire time of my stay, so just because you don't have a room with a tub why should I have to be inconvenienced to move out all my belongings and feel stranded for 3.5 hours? How is this even fair, logical, or ethical? I came to relax and not have to stress over packing and unpacking and playing bath tub roulette. Management at this hotel should not feel they can toy with or abuse the paying patron. This is something I find to be very annoying and a bit comical.
This is definitely not the level of communication or service I expect from a Hilton property, regardless of the Country. I think it boils down to her being upset that I used a third party "less than" app to book the room. Therefore I shall receive less than professional service.
Ok, now let me share with your the "free breakfast" policy. I booked a room with breakfast but if you come here don't expect a buffet breakfast, a traditional chinese breakfast, or even a continental breakfast with toast/eggs.
This claim of "free breakfast" borderlines confusion at best and deceit at worst. What they do is they give you a small credit amount which you have to use at the barista in the morning. It's not breakfast, in the traditional sense, but you can grab a cup of coffee and perhaps a pastry. The problem is, if you should be hungry and order more than the small amount you will have to pay the excess and that's highly unreasonable because If you claim to offer "free breakfast" then the hotel guest should be able to eat a breakfast without worrying about going over the stipend or not getting enough to eat. I think it's false advertising and gives an illusion of a benefit, but in reality it's NOT a satisfying or legitimate morning meal. I will let Hilton know of this blunder and deceitful advertising.
But let me tell you this hotel does offer something pretty cool. It offers free laundry machines. Yes, they have three washers and three dryers for you to use for FREE. They even provide the necessary detergents and I think that is a nice benefit for travelers on extended trips.
Overall, I would say this place has great potential, but let's hope the staff gets an upgrade on how to treat and talk to travelers and perhaps they could better describe the breakfast advertisement or at least up the stipend amount so you can get more than a cup of coffee and a...

My husband and I stayed with our six year old son in a corner king room and it was the perfect size for our family of three. The small couch was big enough for my son to use as a bed so we didn't need to get a roll out bed for him. My sister and her husband and son also stayed in a similar corner king while my parents stayed in a regular king sized room--they all found their rooms comfortable.
