My husband is a Marriot Bonvoy Titanium member so we go to many Marriott restaurants. I am quite fond of Sheraton Kitchen 12 buffet restaurant as we live close by. I normally go with my husband but this time I had to eat alone with two kids. Our waitress, Mrs. Chen Chen, was really lovely, kind, and very thoughtful. She helped me a lot as she knew I was alone with two kids and was the best service I have gotten at Marriott buffet restaurants. However, one thing I was upset about was one of the sushi bar staff wasn’t very nice. I was in line to get salmon and the staff was putting it on the plate so I had to wait. I waited in line and when she finished putting it on the plate some other guy who was behind me started to get salmon first. As I was in a hurry with two kids alone unsupervised, I used another tong to grab the salmon. At this time the sushi staff was upset and said Weishenme……? She glared at me and I didn’t quite understand what she was saying. Normally, I think if she told me nicely that I shouldn’t have done something I wouldn’t be upset. Other five star hotel restaurants would say “excuse me mam, you can’t not grab it at the same time… not why are you doing that??? I really don’t understand what I did wrong?? I didn’t really understand her Chinese. Is it really that bad to grab things at the same time?? 「台北喜來登十二廚」適逢海饗海鮮季活動,匯集松葉蟹、雪蟹、旭蟹、麵包蟹等肥美蟹霸,超過30道海鮮料理澎湃登場,甜點區則是”正得時”的芒果季,多樣芒果甜點果香四溢,新鮮美味一網打盡,活動延長至七月底截止。
很長一段時間沒光顧「十二廚」的晚餐時段了,(午餐、下午茶今年內倒是都有來過)這次竟然有不少的菜色都讓我喜歡、甚至感到驚艷的,吃的相當開心滿意😃

📍生食海鮮區
⭕️雪蟹腳 松葉蟹腳❤️❤️ 提供雪蟹腳、松葉蟹腳、旭蟹、牛蹄蟹四種螃蟹,另外還有白蝦淡菜,其中雪蟹腳和松葉蟹腳是這次活動特色。螃蟹旁邊就有提供剪刀,方便顧客大快朵頤。
“雪蟹腳”的蟹鉗大隻滿意,肉質甜美;”松葉蟹腳”雖然不算太大,但是蟹肉也是充滿鮮甜滋味,兩種蟹都美味。 ✅”雪蟹腳”後期拿完會換成”麵包蟹”
“牛蹄蟹”帶有蟹黃、旭蟹蟹肉飽嘴,也還不賴。
⭕️鮭魚 花枝生魚片❤️❤️ 生魚片有旗魚、鮪魚、鮭魚、花枝、鯛魚五款 其中的”鮭魚”肥美,”花枝”又脆又甜,是其中推薦的種類。
⭕️干貝握壽司❤️ 三種炙燒握壽司,分別是和牛、鮭魚、干貝,一次可點3貫。 “干貝”炙燒又香又甜,壽司醋飯的份量不大,唯一缺點是干貝是剖半的尺寸,如果一貫是使用一整顆生食級干貝就更好了。
