宜蘭終於也有壽司郎可以吃了，後面還有商場的停車場可以停車，還算方便，就是時數停車時數折抵的時間讓人感覺會蠻趕的，如果還要排隊可能就不能全部抵銷。這次特地來吃一日限定的惠方卷。會帶給新的一年，新的好運與氣象。一卷蠻大捲的，吃完其實就蠻飽的。裡面的料很多而去塞的滿滿的兩邊邊都會爆出來。雖然每隔食材間沒有很順的融合起來，但是在口中的口味上還都算是很新鮮的。熱熱炸牡蠣搭配甜甜的汁依舊很美味，希望可以變成常駐的餐點🤤👍 Yilan finally has a sushi restaurant where you can eat, and there is a shopping mall parking lot behind it, which is quite convenient. 或許是太久沒有吃到迴轉壽司，所以一到座位，我就癡癡的望著迴轉檯上的壽司接續而過，思考著今天要吃些什麼？絲毫沒有注意到眼前就有台平板供我快速點餐。平板的功用除了可以點餐以外，也能夠紀錄點了哪些餐點，對於像我這種容易忘記的人來說，十分體貼。 . 儘管現在《壽司郎》所主打的是鮭魚季，不過我所吃的部分餐點依然還在菜單上，如果還點得到，不妨試著品嚐看看吧！ . 「赤鯥、昆布鯡魚卵、炙燒鰤魚」是我這天最喜愛的餐點，也是我有再另外加點的品項。赤鯥的肉質鮮美，油脂入口即化；昆布鯡魚卵帶點昆布香氣，口感清淡且爽脆；炙燒鰤魚肉質同樣鮮甜，但油脂及香氣更是豐富。 . 一盤 $60 就能吃到的「鮮蝦三貫、人氣炙燒三貫」是朋友極力推薦的餐點，目的是為了讓我吃好料，卻又不希望我的荷包大失血 (笑)。鮮蝦三貫放置了三種不同品種的蝦子，三種不同的口感也更增加這個品項的豐富度；人氣炙燒三貫則是在鮮蝦、魚片、貝類上放上起司與美乃滋 . 至於當天體驗較差的，大概就是「炙燒厚切培根、叉燒豚骨拉麵」了吧！厚切培根在原本就膩口的培根上放了起司及美乃滋，吃起更加油膩；叉燒豚骨拉麵的湯頭較為平庸，或許是因為最近吃了幾間讚讚的拉麵店，所以以這種不算出色的湯頭來說，就較不對我胃。
