The Empire Nimman Chiang Mai — Hotel in Chiang Mai Province

We stayed 4 nites at this hotel despite the 1st time. We opted for with breakfast and we enjoyed it. Not too many choices but decent enough. Smiley staff at the restaurant. We were lucky to get only rooms with balcony. If you wanna get such rooms ,ask for 512,513,514 and 515. Not sure about 511 but you could ask. This hotel is within walking distance to One Ninman Mall ( 5 mins ) and Maya Mall ( 8 mins ). Rooms have microwave oven too. The fridge is larger than usual one. Air con is not centralized. Room is big enough to have ample space for open-up position of luggages. If you ask me would I stay at this hotel again, the answer is YES. Why didnt I rate it 5 star instead of 4? Well, we had issues with the air con which got really cold or stuffy and pillows...

If you're visiting Chiang Mai for lantern festival, this is the perfect location to stay, only need a 10-minute walk to the pick-up place. (updated: pick up place have been changed to other location for 2025 so this hotel may not near anymore)

The hotel is fully equipped with a microwave, water heater, hair dryer, and even bowls, spoons, and chopsticks so you may eat in your room. There is a laundry next door, which makes it quite convenient to wash your clothing.

Even though our group arrived early at 12:00, the staff still helped us check in.

This residence is in a superb location in Nimman! So convenient to everything. I found this place when I had to move out of another one unexpectedly. It's two rooms with a balcony. There is a kitchen area with a good-sized fridge, a microwave, and a water kettle. They also provide a set of plates, bowls, and silverware. There is daily housekeeping if you want. The curtains are not blackout curtains, so if you need complete darkness to sleep, this place is not for you. The room becomes bright once the sun is out.
