Iāve been fortunate to travel many places in this beautiful world and have visited countless Starbucks locations, and one of the things Iāve always appreciated about Starbucks is the sense of familiarity it providesāno matter where you are, you can expect great coffee and friendly service, often with staff who speak excellent English. However, this particular Starbucks in Chiang Mai stands out in a way that few others do. From the moment you step inside, you are met with the warmest, most genuine kindness. The staff here donāt just serve coffeeāthey make you feel like a truly valued guest. Their smiles, attentiveness, and friendly conversations create an atmosphere that goes beyond excellent service; it feels like being welcomed by old friends.
Every interaction, from ordering to picking up your drink to simply sitting and enjoying the ambiance, is made better by their warmth and hospitality. Itās rare to find a team so consistently kind and caring, and I would be completely remiss if I didnāt take the time to recognize them.
To the incredible staff at this Starbucksāthank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making my visit to Chiang Mai even more special. Your kindness and service meant so much to me, and I truly appreciate every moment I spent at your store. Anyone passing through should absolutely stop byānot just for the coffee, but for the wonderful people who make this location exceptional, this is the truth šā¤ļøšš¼

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in last week to meet my wife and daughter at about 1pm. I approached the counter where the 'barista' was in deep loud conversation with a 'customer'. The barista was not preparing any coffees just talking about a new man she had met on Badoo ( I understand Thai). I waited for about 1 minute being completely ignored. Then I asked if I could be served and the ubiquitous Thai sassiness emerged. The glaring look of childlike annoyance towards me was blatant and she said coldly 'You what want!?' I gave my order for 3 people. 35 minutes later my drinks turned up! I asked why it had taken so long as there were only 8 people in the place already who had been served and were on their laptops. I was ignored and she returned to chat with her friend. Starbucks is an international franchise which is known for good coffee, high prices and efficiency of service but as with so many western franchises here, they are destroyed by the condescending attitudes of the hired staff who bring their laziness and ignorance with them wherever they go. Disgusting service in an otherwise nicely decored and convenient location. No I won't be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTravelling about, i normally like to try independent coffee shops over chains but Iāve got to give it to this Starbucks-great coffee experience! First you choose your coffee then you choose your brewing method and get to watch your coffee get lovingly made :) i liked getting to see the brewing/pouring process. You get to smell your beans also. Itās all a really nice experience. They also through the day offer drink samplers/testers if youāre in at the right time. To add to the the staff are so lovely too. Only reason i did not give 5 stars is the wifi could be better-i found it a bit slow. But otherwise a great coffee...
