Cons: Room Rates: At $80 per night, the pricing is considered steep considering the current quality of the resort's facilities and rooms. Toilet Flush Issues: The weak flushing system in the room toilets, requiring a bucket of water for effective flushing, particularly after using the toilet for bowel movements, is a significant inconvenience. Shower Water Pressure: The low water pressure in the showers leads to longer and less satisfying shower experiences. Bar Atmosphere: The bar area needs enhancements in terms of lighting and music to create a more enjoyable and lively atmosphere. Mosquito Issue: Guests need to be prepared with mosquito repellent due to the presence of mosquitoes outside the rooms, which can be a nuisance.

A fraudulent and dishonest resort with no ethics or customer service.

In August, my husband booked and paid in full on the Sita Resort website for 3 Luxury Sea View villas for a 5 day vacation in December. He received an email confirmation with a booking reference number. A few weeks later, he contacted the hotel regarding our upcoming trip, only to be told there is no such booking held by the hotel. We have been trying (in vain) to speak to someone at the hotel to understand where our (significant amount of) money is. We have been calling all the different numbers on their website for days now, and the phone is almost never answered. On the two occasions we have gotten through, they refuse to speak to us or provide us with any of the manager’s contact details. Today, when eventually one of the numbers was answered, they asked for my name and then put the phone down on me! I dialed straight back on the same number - once again no answer! We have also sent over 5 emails to them over the past 4 days with all the details (Resort confirmation email, bank statement showing the transaction, etc.) asking for an investigation on this fraud. They do not even have the decency to reply to these emails! How on earth they have survived this long is a mystery to me, as they clearly are happy to steal money from unsuspecting customers and seem to think this is completely acceptable behavior!

Be warned, if it’s happened to us, it is/will happen to others.

Away from the crowds so peaceful & quiet

2 beautiful swimming pools to relax in (top one is best as it has a view as well)

Lovely varied fresh breakfast daily with so many options.

Free water in reception as well as room top ups daily.

Great fast reliable wifi (which we used to work remotely whilst there)

Proximity to walk street via the beach was easy for dinners etc. We only tried the pizza at there’s a few times when we couldn’t get out for the evenings due to work and they were delicious!

We stayed in both Garden and Pool Virw apartments during our extended stay and both were incredible. Large spacious rooms, cleaned daily and lovely balconies to sit out on and enjoy. Even did my daily pilates from there are loved it ! Super friendly wonderful staff ! Tata, Jing & Jenny ❤️
