Would not recommend. We read the stellar reviews and made our way here. It’s a long way from walking street, roads are unpaved and very rocky. When we arrived, server asked us multiple times to sit indoors even though I made a reservation prior, specifically requesting for outdoor terrace seat to see the sunset. Server claimed that we cannot sit outdoors because it was going to rain (plot twist it didn’t) and chairs were wet. I went to take a look at the terrace seats and there was a couple already sitting there (don’t think it was wet?). We insisted to sit outdoors and they set up the cutlery, while we were taking photos of the sunset. This male server then told us very rudely to ‘sit down’ when the table was set. This was very uncalled for since we travelled all the way to take photos of the sunset, and we can always sit down when we were done with the photos? The restaurant was also rather empty so there was no rush to finish our meal?

Anyway food was very expensive relative to other upmarket restaurants (in better locations with great view), and not great selection, menu was limited. Right after I placed down my utensils after finishing half my meal, the server came and asked to clear my food. We felt like we were getting chased out of the restaurant.

We went for dinner and everything was fabulous. We had watermelon prawn salad that we highly recommend. Followed by pasta Alfredo that was good despite it could be creamier and have more Parmesan. Our main was surf and turf that was perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious. It came with mash potatoes but there was no mash potatoes on the plate, just a small dollop of puree/ sauce on a side. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with warm and impeccable service. The atmosphere is sophisticated and welcoming. The soft lighting creates the perfect setting for a peaceful and enjoyable meal.

The staff showed great knowledge of the menu and made excellent recommendations, always attentive and polite. The food is excellent, and the menu is quite varied, both in flavor and presentation.
