Koh Lipe — Local services in Satun Province

Be ware of this scary lady from BUNDHAYA SPEED BOAT/baramee Speed Boat, she’s extreme rude to her customers. After I checked in, she said her son will take good care of the luggage and I just stopped one second to see where’s her son, yes her son was just not far but who knows whom if you don’t point out. Then she shouted ‘give it to my son!’ in a bad manner and turned back to talk to other staff ‘can’t she understand English?’ and ‘ she knows nothing’ in Thai (I understand Thai). The lady just so rude like her face, shame on you and you really ruined the good impression for Thailand people. You have to pay a fee for enter the island of 200 bth, because they said is national park, but it isnt, the toll is on the floating on the water (every tour boat will leave there) so you dont have alternative.. and they paid the little boat to the coast 50 bth. Koh Lipe hat sehr schöne Strände und ist - bei Flut - super zum Schnorcheln. Ein Ausflug nach Ko Adang ist super schön, Ruhe, tolle Aussicht, paradiesischer Strand. Auf der anderen Seite bietet Koh Lipe unfassbar viele Touristen zusammengepfercht auf einer winzigen durchkommerzialisierten und komplett vollgebauten Insel. Die Touristen sind vielfach vom atzigen tief-braunschwarzgebrannten Schlag. Pauschaltouristen fühlen sich hier vermutlich gut aufgehoben, Individualtouristen ist es vermutlich eher zu voll, zu laut, zu künstlich, zu teuer. Der Hauptstrand Pattaya wird von fast allen Bars laut beschallt, sodass man 2-3 Songs gleichzeitig genießen kann, egal wo man sitzt. Die Walking Street ist ein greller, überteuerter nicht enden wollender Albtraum für alle, die einfach in Ruhe ein gutes Restaurant finden wollen.
