Positive: location close to the pier and sairee beach + beach walking street. Both easily walkable. So if you just stay around there, there is no need of a scooter very good day snorkel tour by oxygen tours good massage and very friendly and kind massage guy/woman. Affordable price for an island. Had a lovely chat with them. friendly and helpful hotel staff

Negative: the whole hotel facilities need an upgrade in everthing. Looks really run down for that price class. The color on the walls are of. The plants area looks like it didnt get any maintance for a long time same with the room. The wall not see a color for a long time. Bedsheets were not that white anymore. Still not enough for that price range. We got the pool access room the front beach have some glass on the sand, i collected a few. Be carful when you walk without shoes breakfast place was super random, omelette didnt see any salt, iced coffee was a sugar mix even ordered less sweet. Value is not good in my opinion one of the breakfast staff can be friendlier and more smiling one of the very few restauants i visited on this island which still use plastic straws and single package stuff. Should upgrade to a more enviroment friendly way value more money is not good in my opinion. Room price is too much for what you will get here lot of mosquitos in the pool area, but this is not really the...

When we first arrived we were given the room which we booked upstairs overlooking the pool, this was a room that would have had a lower review as it was very simple basic and tired. After saying that it had what you needed really hot water, good air con fridge kettle and comfy bed.|We decided to upgrade and stay on the beach bungalows, which was like chalk and cheese|The room was brilliant, waking up to the sound of the waves , sunbed 2second walk from terrace, hot water the hottest we had in Thailand|The resort is centrally located on quiet end of beach , lot of boats , 5 mins to left got pier and lots of traditional food, coffee, atm nice cheap bars overlooking sea and boats coming and going, ten mins over the small hill and you are in Sariee beach with all there more western vibe cafes and bars.|For us it’s perfectly located|Staff helpful asked for extra pillows, scooter nothing too much trouble.|No inside restaurant or cafe but that no issue with all choices|Regal next door has cheap drinks and coconuts if want to chill on beach , we didn’t eat there|Pier transfers were great and coincided with the ferry times |We extended our stay ending up being there a week|If you want more fancy resorts with pristine beaches stay elsewhere |But this is perfect for our needs |A hidden gem in Koh Tao |Which by the way is very...

I recently stayed at the Koh Tao Beach Club Hotel/Resort and overall, it exceeded my expectations. While it may not be the newest property, the big pool and its prime location right on the beach made up for it. The views were breathtaking, and the convenience of having the beach just steps away was unbeatable. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Although the hotel could benefit from an overall makeover or renovation, it still maintained a charming atmosphere. One thing to note was that breakfast was served at the regal hotel next to the beach club, which was perfectly fine, but it did make us wonder why the restaurant area at the beach club itself wasn’t in use. Overall, the Koh Tao Beach Club Hotel/Resort is definitely worth the money for its stunning location and amenities. However, I can’t help but think that an overall renovation would elevate the experience even further. Nevertheless, I would still highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. We paid for an executive beach front deluxe room & were presented with black mould, cracks in the wall stuffed with toilet roll, mites crawling everywhere, cracks and holes in walls/doors/windows/paint. Honestly a hotel from hell. We had just arrived at Koh Tao and were only there for 45 mins before getting a ferry back to Samui - this hotel petrified us to be honest and we didn’t feel comfortable even staying on the island. Would give 0/5 if I could. One positive was the view was lovely & I spoke to the receptionist for a refund and she did agree to give us a refund once we contact Agoda. Agoda sorted it straight away and we got a refund the next day. Stay away from this hotel. Seriously. Also down a big ish hill too so if you have accessibility issues then it may be quite difficult.

Beautiful cottage alongside the beach, loads of space, big fridge, shower provides a massive load of water, awesome experience. We had a separate bedroom for our 2 kids. The beach itself has a small area where you can swim, but be careful for the rocks in shallow water. For swimming we accidentally found ourselves in the neighbours pool (oops. Wrong hotel, lovely pool though) Service could be better if everyone spoke English a bit better that this. I do appreciate the scooter rental service there. Same prices as in the villages. Location is the best, just an 8 minute walk alongside the sea to get to the main streets where there's supermarkets and restaurants.
