I recently visited a charming restaurant right on the beach that offers stunning views, especially when you can get a table near the shoreline. Over two visits for breakfast, I tried both the pancakes and the French toast. The pancakes were nice and fluffy, a great deal price-wise. The French toast was more eggy than I am used to but still enjoyable, though I think I would prefer it with cheese rather than honey and fruit.
During my visits, I also tried their shakes. The fruit shake was nice, but the Milo shake wasn't to my taste. The cappuccino I had was good and added to the overall positive experience.
I also had dinner there once, primarily due to the lovely location, good service, and honest pricing. I took two friends with me, and I had the vegetarian coconut soup, which was very delicious and quite filling, accompanied by another fruit shake. My friends were in a hurry and chose the first available table, which wasn't the best spot, so I felt like we missed out on the better experience of dining with a view. Nonetheless, my friends enjoyed their salads and other dishes, leaving nothing on their plates.
Overall, this restaurant is definitely lovely for breakfast, and I appreciate the kind service that never pressures you to order quickly or leave in a hurry. I plan to return to try more of their offerings and to fully enjoy the beautiful...
Read moreWe have been eating in this place several times with my boyfriend without problems, last night we went for dinner, we ordered a pizza, a omelet and tomato soup. When the order arrived, they had forgotten the soup. That’s fine, it happens. When we ask for the check it was 295 bhat. We paid with a 1000 baht bill, we both saw the note. When we got the change back, it was 205 bhat, as if we would have paid with a 500 bhat note. We told the waiter and right away the owner came over saying we had paid with 500. They said they had cameras, so we asked them to show us, of course nothing could be seen in the cameras. After arguing for some time they finally told us to leave and never come back and one of the waiters insulted us. Of course we are not coming back here. Recommendation: if you ever go to this place, pay directly to...
Read moreI was here a few times because it was right across our hotel. The last time we were sitting there for almost half an hour, being ignored by the many waiters. Only when we got up to leave someone came but we didn't want to wait any longer and left.
The other times service was just super slow, unmotivated, you constantly needed to try to get a waiter to come to your table. Many others had the same problem and people started paying up front because nobody came with the bill.
Food takes a long time, taste is average. Pad thai was kinda good, Pizza was like a cheap frozen one you buy at the supermarket. Portion size is small as well. Prices are at least reasonable.
They also use plastic straws. Why not use bamboo like most other places?
Location is nice, right...
