STAY AWAY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! We rented a scooter for only two days and took a video of its condition, showing all the scratches and scuffs. She told us we could return it at 8 p.m., which we did. When we arrived, she found scratches that were already there before, which could be seen in our video, but she refused to accept this. No matter how much we tried to explain, she wouldn't listen. Then she tried to charge us extra because we had supposedly arrived late to return the scooter, which was also untrue. She started to get angry, aggressive and threatening. The only rental contract we had was in her possession, and she tore it into little pieces in front of us, destroying the only proof we had. She almost hit my partner. TO BE AVOIDED! She tried to rip us off by finding scratches that already existed and even with the proof she had trouble accepting them. After finding out about the scratches, she tried to extort money from us by saying that we had returned the scooter late even though we had arrived on time, but of course by the time she ripped us off it was no longer on time. I didn't want to pay the rip-off, since on the contract the first day I had marked the return at 8pm and she had agreed to that. She tore up the contract screaming and I had to call on a gentleman who was passing by to help us. Thanks again to him, otherwise I could have said goodbye to my money. If it was possible to rate this business with a negative star I would do so in a heartbeat… we only hired for a couple of days. Each morning we would pop time we were greeted with a dismissive and demanding nature. When it finally came to return the bikes they were inspected with a fine teeth comb. Pre existing damage was pointed out and we were made to pay an extortion (38,000 baht) for the return of my passport. If you have any sense you will stay far away from this place as they will take you for every penny!

There are many more rental places among the centre who will treat you with respect and provide the service you are after.
