Disgusting, Overpriced, and Zero Accountability – AVOID THIS PLACE
Our experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing. The room was extremely dirty and dusty—there was a thick layer of dust behind the TV, and the sofa was covered in obvious stains. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at all.
We raised our concerns to the manager, who turned out to be rude, unresponsive, and completely uninterested in helping. At first, he mentioned he could offer a room change, but after seeing the issues firsthand, he dismissed them as “normal” and “just a little bit of defects.” He then refused to do anything, saying all the rooms were the same. No refund, no room change, no compensation—nothing.
The room wasn’t even equipped with basic necessities like toothbrushes, and everything about the place felt underwhelming and subpar. It was honestly shocking how badly the condition of the hotel clashed with the price we paid.
We were so put off that we simply walked out, even though it meant losing our money. This was a disgusting experience, and we strongly advise others to stay far away. Spend your money somewhere that values hygiene and treats guests with basic respect.

Read moreI’ve always stayed in the town but this place caught my eye as it’s overlooking the river and has a nice pool. Pictures can often be deceiving but not here. Huge rooms, big comfy bed. Fridge, kettle tv, balcony. Little seat at the window. Safety deposit box, lots of wardrobe and shelf space. It’s a really short walk to the nicest (imo) of the night markets and it’s really not as far from town as some reviews suggest. I actually preferred it. The pool is very nice, well maintained with plenty of loungers including covered ones and it gets the sun from 8am until 4.30pm. There’s a pool bar that serves food. |Breakfast buffet had a good selection of fruit, cereal, yogurt, toast, pastries plus the standard offerings of eggs, sausage and some excellent Thai choices if fried rice, spicy pork and veg or masaman curry for breakfast is your thing. The icing on the cake tho is the staff on reception. Polite, professional, helpful and friendly. They helped me book a train ticket online, let me store a bag whilst I went to Koh Jum, printed things for me. They absolutely went the extra mile. For value this place is a winner.|I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels in Krabi over the years and will be returning...
Read moreNice pool and pool lounge area. rooms were generally clean and well-kept. a/c worked well. we had a pool view room and my children had a triple room. the in-room safe worked, the mini fridge was operational, the bathroom and shower was clean and modern. location was great for Krabi town. walking distance to night markets and close to the river for nice morning walks. housekeeping did a great job.||But overall i just felt the hotel was not so cozy. it had just a commercial feel to it. I think if there were more couches in the lobby, some rugs (not just cold ceramic tiles all over the hotel and rooms). More interior decor, it would increase the quality of this hotel by a lot. Also, one day before our stay, we got a fake message from the hotel that asked for credit card information again or else we will lose the reservation. it was a scam. they were aware of this, and they notified the website. but if i had not been suspicious and contacted them, i may have been charged again by the fraudster. beware. i wonder how many others...
