Oh, I'm excited to review Bhan Thai Hotel and Restaurant located at Patong Beach in Phuket, Thailand! Let's dive right in!

In this hotel, we stayed for 3 days

We had really a very horrible experience with hotel rooms and Hotel Staff

These are my ratings for each,

1. Hotel Rooms. They charged 8000+ THB per night for 3 Rooms, and we got the worst rooms

2)Services in Rooms

Beds : All Rooms has the worst beds, and all beds Frame has Minor Damages,

Wardrobes has damages.

AC - NO FANS ufff what to right about this, AC has so much louder noise in Swing Mode. And i guess may be they purchased the AC,s in 19th Century, ( also the owners/hotel staff except reception girl all are still in 19th Century)

Toilet: -0.00000001 (you can put the very least rating) Rating for the toilets, no Soap Stand/Shower Gel stand

In one of the toilets, there is a hole in the middle, and which was covered with Aluminium plate and has multiple damages to it.

Taps in Toilet- Water is inconsistent, taps are pretty old, water flow is multi directional

As we booked apartment which has 3 Bedrooms, Hall and Kitchen.

Hall - Which is very very Narrow, not even 7 feet width.

PowerSupply : Multiple times power got tripped, and the only answer from Staff is AC’s or supply over loaded.

We were adjusted to it.

Cleaning: in 3 days hotel staff did not changed the Bedsheets, Also they have charged 1500 bath for bed-sheet stain.

We did not had pleasant stay. This the first time in my travel history i got a very worst hotel and received the worst hospitality.

I tried to take the photo of Hotel admin guy, he said to delete the photo.

Location : Very noisy road , it is unsafe as many vehicles pass, beach is nearly 1.5Km far from hotel.

Hotel Staff : Except receptionist girl all other staff are very rude, and when we questioned about toilet are not good, he said are you came here to use Bed or toilet? This is how there staff are , it is a common utility to be provided .

Overall : this hotel is not recommended for any family stay.

If you are coming as family, please re think. Try to avoid this hotel as much as you can.

Positives : there is nothing positive about this hotel.

Rooms: Towels were dirty and wet, quality seemed horrible of them. When sleeping in the beds we felt itchy and uncomfortable so we slept with our sweaters and sweats to cover up just in case. There were black specs in side when we turned over the bed sheets.

Service: Check-in started at 2pm, we got there at 4pm and rooms were still not ready. Took 20-30mins of the staff taking our info then another 20-30mins cleaning up the rooms. We asked for 4 extra towels since two of them were unfolded and seemed thrown on the bed and wet. They denied saying we only get 2 towels until we told them they were dirty. We asked if the guy if he can double check if the rooms were throughly cleaned and he wouldn’t believe us said “we have multiple staff and senior management checking the rooms” and didn’t bother coming in or calling someone to check. Upon check out the guy said we had stains on the bed that cannot be washed out. Which seemed easily washable in our opinion. And asked for 2000bht (which was the price of our deposit.). We told him last night we complained about the towels and asked if the rooms were properly cleaned and started arguing with us about how we only talked about the towels. He was hard headed and we usually don’t argue with people but he made it impossible to have a calm conversation and continuously talked over us. We needed to leave for a booking so asked for other staff contact and his superior and other management. He refused saying we can get the info ourselves and even told us to try cleaning the sheets ourselves, was lazy and continued arguing. We just ended asking for 1000bht out of 2000bht of our deposit back and had to leave because a travel bus was waiting for us.
