I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a traditional Thai massage at Healthland, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment I walked in, I was transported to a world of tranquility and relaxation. The warm lighting, soothing music, and fragrant aromas immediately put me at eeaseas The ff aesalthland is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. My massage therapist, [Therapist's name], was truly amazing. She had a strong but gentle touch, and she was able to work out all the tension in my muscles. I felt like a new person after my massage!

In addition to the excellent massage, I was also impressed by the cleanliness and hygiene of the spa. The treatment rooms were spotless, and the towels and linens were fresh and soft. I also appreciated the fact that they used all-natural oils and products.

We were in Patong for 5 days and I visited this place everyday, including the day we left to head back home. For starters, the staff were all very polite and professional. The area was clean and organized. They washed our feet upon our arrival and had us change into shorts and a shirt (depending on the service). I definitely recommend the Thai massage (200 baht for 60 minutes), which is an obvious. You will feel like jello afterwards, in a good way. I also would say the foot massage is a MUST, especially after a long day of walking the town. I literally passed out 10 minutes into each foot massage I had because they were so relaxing. My husband had the four hand massage, which is basically two people, one on the lower extremities and one on the upper and is more of a sport massage instead of a Thai. That was his favorite. He also told me to note that men should swallow their pride and let the guys do their Thai massages if they are looking for deeper tissue. In Patong, when you walk the town, many of the women will stand outside their studio and are overly flirtatious with the men who pass. They even did this with my husband as we walked hand and hand down the streets. At first it was funny... but then it became a tad disrespectful. Went there with my husband, after going through the reviews. Very friendly people. As I wasn't sure about the massage I needed, I communicated my problem to the lady at the reception. She suggested few massages and I picked one from them. That was very helpful.

My husband did a foot massage as he was suffering from a leg pain. His massage went well.

I had shoulder and back massage as I had issues with my back. My masseuse was Annie (that's what I heard when she told her name) worked really well on my shoulders and back. She made me comfortable by constantly asking if her techniques were painful for me or not. She worked on the areas where I had more pain.

As I was doing the massage for the first time, it was really painful for me. I made a point to let her know if it was hurting too much. She immediately stopped whenever I asked her to stop.

This is not a 'relaxing massage' as they dig really deep into your muscles. The areas affected will be sore after the massage and can be quite painful. So for those who are looking for a painless massage, this is not for you.
