Heaven Apartments Patong Beach — Hotel in Patong

The room is lovely, spacious, clean and modern. Shower head is amazing. Great location. It does get a bit noisy on the stairs side during the daytime but these are the most ‘soundproof’ rooms you will find in Patong, trust me.

The staff are friendly, management and reception staff speak English perfectly. It can be a bit harder communicating with the cleaning staff at times so we use google translate app. The standard of cleaning is superior to other hotels, I left the boy in here on his own his own one day, I came came back and he had gone so far as to clean my weed bowl 😍 But a few words of warning about the cleaning team: Beware of sitting on beds with brand new, unwashed, wet black board shorts, non-colourfast dyes transfer to and stain the white bedsheets (the manager made it clear I may be charged for this at the end of my stay and that is fair enough, so learn from my mistakes.) If you decide to experiment with mj while you’re here, don’t leave it anywhere it could be knocked on the floor where it may be considered rubbish to be swept up and disposed of (as mine was) **note the cleaning staff are fine, your stuff is fine. Until it resembles rubbish and is on the floor.

Management is firm, but fair. If you value honesty you will appreciate the staff at this place. One of the cleaners accidentally threw out my weed so I went downstairs to reception to ask them about it and the manager was with them. I have nothing but amazing things to say about my stay at Heaven Apartments. Only 20 minutes walk from Patong beach, the location allows you to enjoy the Patong nightlife but not have to deal with the noise while you try to sleep. The rooms are well kept, and attended to every 3 days. WiFi and AC work very well, and while staying in Heaven Apartments you are allowed to use the rooftop pool at Patong Mansion across the alley.

Nook and the staff are so kind and helpful! As a solo traveler staying for a month in Patong, Nook was always sure to point out fun outings she thought I would enjoy. Every request and question I came with was immediately answered.

Second time I live in one of their rooms for a period of 6 months in general. Located in a small street a little behind tourists, with a 7/11 as well as a pharmacy or a motorcycle taxi station 1 minute walk. The beach is 15 minutes away, Jungceylon and Bangla are also 15/20 minutes walk. Check in is at the Patong Mansion Hotel just opposite.
