I recently visited this place and was quite disappointed with the mocktail experience. The signboard clearly stated a "1-for-1 mocktails" offer, and I was told I could choose any drinks from the first page of the menu. However, after placing my order, our server informed us that the 1-for-1 deal only applied to the same cocktail.
To my dismay, he explained that they only prepare drinks in two portion sizes, so it wasn’t possible to mix and match. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the confusion caused by the misleading sign.
Additionally, when my sister wanted to order a sparkling mocktail, the server discouraged her from doing so, stating it was just soda and puree. This felt off-putting, especially since we were looking forward to trying something new. He even mentioned that he would change the signboard, which should have been done beforehand to avoid this confusion.
On top of that, the presentation of the drinks left much to be desired. The garnishes weren’t consistent with the drinks themselves, which made the whole experience feel less polished.
Overall, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. Clear communication and better customer service would greatly improve the experience. I hope they can address these issues...
Read moreTheir menu suggests they specialize in Arabic cuisine, but the food we tasted was far from authentic. The flavors, ingredients, and overall preparation had little resemblance to traditional Arabic cooking. It felt like a poor imitation rather than a genuine Arabic dining experience.
The only thing I found enjoyable was the rice in the Mandi dish—it was well-cooked and flavorful. However, the rest of the meal was disappointing, lacking the depth, spices, and authenticity expected in Arabic cuisine. To make matters worse, their prices were quite high, which made the experience even more frustrating.
One positive aspect was their customer service. When we mentioned that we didn’t like the blended chicken soup because of its unpleasant texture, they took it back without hesitation and even offered a 10% discount on the bill. While this was a nice gesture, it didn’t compensate for the overall poor food quality.
If they truly want to be known as an Arabic restaurant, they need to make serious changes—starting with hiring an experienced Arabic chef instead of a Pakistani one. Authenticity matters, and without it, they are misleading customers with their menu. Until they improve, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for real...
