Salsa Rossa Phuket (Italian-Mexican Cuisine) — Restaurant in Patong

The only thing referring as Italian restaurant is the sign outside and the food name!!! No no Is ok if you propose yourself as international restaurant but not italian and Mexican restaurant !!! Mexican food 7/10 Italian food 2/10 Pizza 1/10

Beef carpaccio was full of garlic and balsamic reduction!!! No Italian at all Bruschetta with tomato no art no part. Fish carpaccio same !!!

The pizza: looking good as almost good Napoli contemporary pizza but the taste was difficult to define ( some ingredients that ruined all pizza as maybe some herbs on the tomato base.

Service: Wine service was ok and the guy who served is did a god job, but for the rest no no

We received the main course and they not clean the appetizer dishes yet and every single time we need something we need to raise the arms and call few times before getting the attention!!

For the price we pay ( normally ok if real Italian food) it was not ok

Never​ been​ to​ a​ restaurant​ this​ good! And​ considering I​ travel​ a​ lot​.

Food: The​ "Pesto Gnocchi" is​ definitely the​ star of​ the​ show​ for​ me.​ The​ truffle and​ mushroom rissoto was​ good​ as​ well.​ I​ also​ recommend​ the​ Pan-fried​ salmon​ and​ they​ have​ a​ variety of​ side​ dishes as​ well.​ We​ had​ the​ french​ fries and​ the​ quesadilla.

Drinks: I​ recommend​ the​ mocktail "The​ Magician" and​ cocktail "The​ Sun" was​ like​ no​ other​ I've​ ever​ tried.​ Overall very​ delicious and​ all​ refreshing.​ They​ also​ have​ a​ great​ selection of​ wine​ as​ well​ as​ other​ great​ drinks.

Service: Awesome.​ We​ had​ a​ waitress named "Pat" . She​ was​ nice​ and​ very​ accomodating.​ Nice​ vibes.

I recently dined at Salsa Rossa in Phuket and was very impressed with their "con pollo" pizza.

It was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfect and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.

While the buffalo wings weren't quite my taste, the "the magician" mocktail was a refreshing treat.

The staff were incredibly attentive and checked in on us regularly to ensure everything was to our liking. The atmosphere was a bit more upscale than your typical restaurant, but it was still very welcoming.

Prices were slightly higher than other places, but it was worth it for the quality of the food and service.
