If the quality of a hotel is measured by the quality of the toilet flush then this hotel is a very bad one... in two days I was never to completely flush the toilet. Fortunately I was alone, it would have been embarrassing otherwise.||||If the quality of a hotel is measured by the quality of the rooms then this hotel is below average. Rooms are stuffy, mouldy, barely furnished, only one power supply is provided to recharge all your devices and it is inconveniently located. Bedside table are useless as they have nothing on them, no lights.||||If the quality of a hotel is measured by the quality of wifi then this is a very bad one. Wifi comes and goes. No way to get a permanent connection for an hour. ||||If the quality of a hotel is measured by how quiet rooms are then this is pretty bad. A busload of Vietnamese decided at 6 am to use the corridor outside of my room as the village square and shouted around until 7 am when to my relief they went off to their daily excursion. Fortunately it's my last night here.||||If the quality of a hotel is measured by management responsiveness to customers problems such as the curtain having fallen down or the toilet not flushing or the wifi not working... then I'm afraid the quality is equivalent to "Thank you very much, we'll fix it... please wait a minute" and two hours later, after waiting outside of my room for two hours "It's all fixed" but my toilet still wasn't flushing and wifi was still not working.||||If the quality of a hotel is defined by the impressive lobby then this is a good one.||||But if the quality of a hotel is defined by the quality of seaview room then please note that seaview here means: from your bed you can look through the window and see: (1) Scaffolding (2) The Hilton Hotel (3) the nearby hills. And the sea? You can get a good view of the beach and the sea too if you stand by the window and look sideways, Or if you dare sitting in one of those old smelly and dusty armchairs provided and you position it the right way...||When you look out and see the beach, trying to forget the problems of the room you are reminded of them, as your view is hampered by the darkened window glass, and windows have old fittings and their glass is dirty.||||Unfortunately I had paid 2 night and I had to stay here, but I obviously will not return to this...

Someone had sex in that bed and they ( the staff) could not be bothered to clean neither do an inspection before handing the key card to me. I went to reception to complain, they sent someone up to check, the guy told me to wait. 15 minutes later, I went down to reception again and they, the receptionist and the guy that was suppose to attend to my complaint, were both busy doing nothing. The guy that was supposed to attend to my request, was on his mobile watching some show. The water in the bath was not being drained, the internet was damn slow, 3 days later and the speed is still PATHETIC, downloading at 2Mbts, the aircon was not working properly, the phone didn't work, the TV didn't work, . . . lol, welcome to Pattaya Centre Hotel. So, readers, if you are looking for a hotel, don't be fooled by the photos you see on the web. If you still want to book for this hotel, when checking in, insist on seeing the room first. After the incident, they gave me a better room. Everything works, internet is still PATHETIC. I brought it to their attention again to no avail. Nice location, nice view, nice breakfast, unfriendly staff, the cleaning of the room is terrible as well, they don't dust neither...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. My room was dirty, water bugs crawling around but if you turned on the lights at night you find the little roaches climbing out of the trash cans. There was mold on the ceilings and all over the shower area, the safes in any of the rooms do not work. The hotel is old and run down - there was construction going on the entire time I was there so all you could hear was jack hammering and drilling. The view would of been great but there was so much crud on the windows I could hardly see out on them. After complaining to the manager my room was switched to a room with a little less mold, and little less noise however my toilet didn't work ! I was also given a hard by the staff . I traveled alone , but booked a room for two adults, and paid for two adults with breakfast included - well that doesn't seem to matter here at this hotel, tried charging me for every time a guest came in, and for...
