This review would be built Around greediness. I had a 430 appointment for a manicure pedicure. The total staff is four people, one young lady proceeded to do my pedicure at 4:25. The other three young ladies has customers and we’re busy, when they finished . They decided to do a color job and two more pedicure and Manicure. the real question here is when they finish their first, why didn’t they come over and do my manicure, I certainly understand that other jobs were worth work more than my manicure & Pedicure, but I want to leave in a timely fashion! these were walk-in customers which just happened to walk into the business and get their services done before me! For customers who come in first not important? So you want me to stay there till 7 o’clock to get done, rather than 530? I should’ve been out of there. The manager on duty totally brushed me off because she wanted to do color nails than a manicure, I will end this on one word GREED . Now a smart manager in-charge, would have one of young ladies do a manicure finish and then give me a manicure, then when my pedicure was finished, my person could have went to finished the walk in customer pedicure. (Essentially a swap in services to get both customers out at the same time) WHY SHOULD I RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT IF I MUST STAY THERE LONGER THAN NORMAL! THIS WAS NOT A STAFFING ISSUE, THIS WAS THE ISSUE OF KNOWING HOW TO GET ALL YOUR CUSTOMER, SERVICES DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, WHICH WAS NOT DONE HERE. I was very impressed with the first-class experience I had at Cloud Nine Nail & Spa located at the Royal Garden Plaza Mall on the ground floor. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel very welcome. The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive.

We discovered Cloud Nine Nail & Spa in Pattaya through its excellent Google reviews and decided to visit the next day. Fortunately, we were accommodated immediately without an appointment.

What truly impressed us was the staff’s kindness and attentiveness. We had our eight-month-old daughter with us and realized we didn’t have nail clippers. The team went above and beyond—four to five staff members gently and patiently helped trim her fingernails and toenails, even entertaining her with a toy on their head to keep her calm. They did all this with great care and refused any extra payment.

The salon was clean, welcoming, and professional. We’re deeply grateful for their exceptional service. In fact, we enjoyed our visit so much that we’ve already booked a pedicure for our next appointment. We’re looking forward to it!
