I recently had the pleasure of staying at the A-One New Wing Hotel in Pattaya for three nights, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the luxurious bed in my room. It was not only large but incredibly comfortable, featuring a 5-star mattress that made falling asleep a breeze. I haven't encountered a bed of such high quality in a long time, and it truly enhanced the quality of my stay.
While the staff at the hotel were friendly, there were moments when their level of helpfulness didn't quite match their friendliness. Nevertheless, this minor issue didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.
One aspect that truly stood out was the exceptional value for money that I received during my stay. Thanks to Agoda, I was able to secure an outstanding offer, making my stay at A-One New Wing Hotel even more enjoyable.
In conclusion, I highly recommend A-One New Wing Hotel in Pattaya to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay. The outstanding bed, friendly staff, and exceptional value make it a top choice for travelers. My thanks to Agoda for making this experience possible.
I also had the opportunity to try the breakfast at A-One New Wing Hotel, and while it was generally good, I did notice a limitation when it came to vegetarian and vegan options. Unfortunately, there were very few choices available in this regard, and I was surprised to find that there were no types of cheese at the buffet.
It would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could expand its breakfast offerings to cater more effectively to guests with dietary preferences like vegetarians and vegans. A wider range of options for these guests, as well as for Western travelers who might prefer a lighter breakfast, would certainly enhance the overall dining experience.
Despite this minor setback, I still believe that A-One New Wing Hotel offers excellent value for money and a comfortable stay, and I hope they take into consideration the diverse preferences of their guests when it comes to breakfast choices...
Read moreThank you, A-one for spoiling our stay in Pattaya. Booked room with double bed got a room with two single beds. At the reception said it is the same as double or queen because those two bad are connected to each other????? In the room, the tv and the table were in the corner. Tw can be watched only by sitting in a chair just 1m away from the TV screen. Watching TW from the bed was impossible. We went to the gym. The gym personnel don’t allow us to exercise because he said we have to wear sneakers It is a concern about our safety we had sandals designed for Marathon. Even if we were wearing slippers what can be a problem while performing exercises with weights or sitting on machines, or lying on the bench? the gym staff didn't bother to call or ask anyone to fix the problem. They don’t leave us to exercise even though we were guests of the hotel and paid to use the gym. We went to reception to complain. after all, it's a beach resort, no one thinks to bring sneakers. rude staff at the reception was not willing to talk or call someone to address our complaints. After all the above, I had enough of everything and I said that if they can't solve that problem I want to check out from the Hotel. only then did the receptionist called someone, who explained that we could check out but we cannot get a refund of our money. after a few hours of thinking, I decided that I would not accept the loss of money and that if necessary I would pay more just s that I would not stay in that hotel anymore. Although I didn't care more about the loss, my girlfriend tried to negotiate and asked for the money back. the staff has changed, the manager on duty was normal (unlike other staff) he was embarrassed that guests leave the hotel at 10 o'clock at night. He tried to fix the problem, but it was too late because I have booked already another hotel. We were paid for two days and got a refund...
Read moreWhat was meant to be a holiday filled with happy memories with my dear friends turned out to be quite the forgettable experience by the end of it. Check in process wasn't the most efficient there is(considering it to be a so called 4 star hotel), we were a big group and they kept getting confused as to which room was allocated to who. Also be aware that they take a security deposit of 1000 baht cash per room. The first night at 3.30 am one of our friends received a call from reception stating that one room had not provided the ID for verification and so check in might be a problem and this after the fact that the room was already occupied and all IDs were provided. Even if one of them was missed I'm sure it could have waited till the morning to verify it, waking up a guest to verify that at 3 in the morning is not acceptable at all. Similar to many reviews already, the reception is not operational all night and only during peak hours, there is no dining or swimming pool facility in the same building and one needs to go to the older building to use them. The rooms themselves were functional but tiny and if you get a corner room on any of the floors the TV is tucked into a corner of the room where u need to sit on the chair to watch it with 1 metre distance and cannot be used from your bed. Even if all of the above is somehow bearable and can be neglected, one cannot tolerate the rude behaviour of the front desk staff. Absolutely no manners and zero hospitality and will find the worst possible excuses to make sure they deduct some money from the deposit they hold. It continues to baffle me on how insensitive they were, being in the hospitality industry and it unfortunately set a bad example amongst the otherwise extremely hospitable, courteous people...
