The hotel’s location is acceptable, and the facilities are fair, but the biggest issue was with the staff behavior, which was the worst part of my stay. The breakfast was extremely poor. They clearly serve leftover food from previous days, especially on the third day when I noticed the same food being presented again. During breakfast, the staff spoke in Thai, so I used Google Translate to understand what they were saying. I personally heard them mocking the guests, commenting on who eats and drinks, and how much. This is completely unprofessional, especially considering that I am paying for both the room and the breakfast. The room was cleaned daily, but the bed sheets were never changed. They provided old, torn, and dirty towels. Upon checkout, I was told that some towels were damaged or dirty and that I had to pay for them—even though they were provided to me in that condition. Most of the staff cannot speak English, not even at the reception. Shockingly, I saw restaurant staff being moved to the front desk to handle guest check-ins. How can a hotel assign non-English-speaking staff to such a crucial position?Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not...
Read moreDo not bother with this hotel, no laundry service and the staff is rude when asked about where to get laundry service done. The hotel itself is tailored for the indian. If you are a westerner you will not enjoy your stay here.
I will also include this I paid 24000 baht for 2 dirty rooms, I wasn’t expecting to put up with spices drifting in under my door continuously.
I actually left this hotel 2 days into the 6 night planned stay, after raising issues with staff at the hotel they just threatened to call police, as if I was being a nuisance to raise concerns..
i tried to get a refund on the remaining 4 nights I had still on both rooms and I was refused a refund.
But to be honest the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed in Thailand, lucky for the horrible people working there this isn’t my first time in Thailand. As if it was I would have never wanted to go to a hotel again after the experience I had there with the horrible staff.. you’re money is not worth spending in this hotel it is garbage
The pool isn’t even shaded not to mention my friend got sick from swimming in it once, maybe you should up the chlorine as I doubt you’re using that which...

Fresh bedding towels and two complimentary bottles of water |every morning.|The pool area is good there are plenty of sunbeds and fresh beach towels everyday… |I didn’t take the breakfast option because there are so many excellent places to eat within a 5 minute walk.|This is my second visit to the Whisper and I have to say it does exactly what it says on the tin!! |Don’t get me wrong there are plenty of hotels that are a little more comfortable and luxurious however you would be paying three times the amount to stay.. I’ve paid approximately £30 per night and it’s absolutely worth every penny.. |so all in all I would definitely recommend the Whisper I’m just about to book again for another two...
