The good points: The air conditioning works well, the place is quite clean, the food is tasty and only costs around 500 baht per person and they have a really nice Japanese-style shabu shabu.
The bad points: The Goma Sauce is too sweet and tastes like Thai mayonnaise, so if you prefer the Japanese-style gomadare then it's better to bring your own.
It was a shame that there was a fly around which made the place feel quite unsanitary. Moreover, since pets were allowed, the continuous barking of dogs made the atmosphere quite noisy, which was quite annoying.

There are three soup available and it depends on your personal taste. If you like spicy, tom yum will be your choice. Read moreWhat a decent shabu restaurant! Came across this local shabu restaurant. It’s located across from Royal Garden Plaza. I ordered the pork set coming with assorted veggies. The meat (pork) is fresh and well-prepared when served at the table. When eaten with the specialty shabu soup, it provided me with sensational taste. Luckily, I also ordered the rice which went together with the Australian beef on top. Other than that the service is impeccable - the owner also takes care of every customer warmly. I need to come back here again with a bunch of friends so soon.
