You really can’t go wrong with a Blue Monkey hotel—we’ve stayed at a few in different cities around Thailand, and they’ve all been great. But this one was extra special! The theme and vibe were super cute and unique, and everything was really well thought out. It was clean, tidy, and just had a really nice atmosphere. The staff were awesome—from housekeeping to the front desk and the café, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Cozy and minimal boutique stay in center of Phuket Town, located on PhangNga road. The entrance is not directly on main street, but behind the front building. It's close to the ole Phuket bus terminal and only 500 meters from the Clock tower roundabout, easily walkable.

The room is decorated nicely with 4 pillows and very comfortable bed. There are common area in 3rd and 4th floors with fridge, mini bar and space where you can sit and work.

Be cautious of deceptive practices at this hotel. They fail to disclose that the rooms are located on the fourth floor with no elevator access, and they refused to assist with carrying luggage upstairs. The manager, "Beauty," suggested we store our bags in the luggage room on the lobby floor and change clothes there during our stay. We arrived less than an hour after booking and, upon discovering this issue, requested to cancel and get a refund, but they refused. We never checked in, yet they still charged...
