Tee Pak Dee Resident Phuket — Hotel in Ratsada

i have given 1 star because of they provide coffee and some snacks for free SO 1 STAR for that only. otherwise this place is horrible. i shoul given 0 star if there is an option.||negatives- NO ELEVATOR. one of the bad experience i have ever had in thailand because of staying this place. no lift and also no staff for the luggage. we carry our luggage by ourself as they alloted our room on 2nd floor.||no use of balcony. because their location is like we are staying in some robbers society.||u even cant stand in that balcony for 1 sec. u can only see very dirty building with some dirty area and clothes hanging on wire on other building.||and also balcony was dirty too.||BATHROOM- that was really bad. taps are leaking as i cant even wash my face. my all clothes were wet . we went downstairs to call the person at the frontdesk as they EVEN DONT HAVE ENOUGH HOUSE KEEPING TEAM and also NO PHONES IN THE ROOM which is a basic amenity in the room, he came upstairs and put that tap, ,cover the front away and said now its okk. we asked for other room he said all rooms are same.and also no rooms are available.||UNCOMFORTABLE BED. even bed was very very uncomfortable. i dint sleep that night. horrible bed making noise all the time.||ONLY ONE STAFF was there. we asked for places to visit,and he said no places are here. only one mall which was very far also. no worth to visit. and also this place is NOT SAFE even in the evening. i literally was crying that time..||DIRTY AND VERY BAD LOCATION. Oh my god! that location was really bad, all people were staring us, they were looking like theives and robbers. poor location with horrible buildings all over and only saver was 7/11. no restraurants nearby. i had buiscuits that night.we booked for 2 nights and prepaid also but we checked out just next morning. thank god that was the END.||by thinking that night and place,even now i was feelng horrible..||||WILL NOT RECOMMEND...

This hotel is nice and definitely worth the money.

Lobby - Clean and very well kept. The design is more modern than some other smaller hotels I've seen in Thailand. You get free coffee and little snacks in the morning.

Room - I was really surprised how big the rooms are. You can see in the picture that it fits the 2 beds. You also get a small dining room to eat and hang out at. The room comes with a flat screen tv, AC, a safe, closet, mini fridge, and bottled water. There is no view, but that shouldn't be a problem...just go outside lol.

Bathroom - The bathroom is clean and nice looking with a updated design.

What's nearby? There's a craft beer spots. Lots of Restaurants and Bars. And a couple malls.
