Lamoon Vivit Hostel Bangkok — Hotel in San Chao Pho Suea Subdistrict

Great location (walking distance from The Grand Palace, Golden Mountain temple, Khaosan Road, 7-Eleven, street markets etc) , safe, clean, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We booked the whole family room with four bunk beds. The bed and bedding were comfy, one bunk bed made loud squeaky sounds (should be looked at), and we just wish there were a small table or chairs to place our things on. Same for the shared showers, some hooks inside the shower cubicle would be ideal to hang towels and clothes. Great spot with friendly staff and travellers, very comfortable beds and super clean rooms and bathrooms, and they do a very good frappe latte too :)

The location is perfect, you're close enough to Khaosan Road nightlife if you want to do that, without having to stay on the road itself with thumping clubbing music all night. You're also close to lots of temples and plenty of good cheap food.

Good communal areas too, with a nice air conditioned mezzanine lounge to relax in when the rain/heat/humidity gets too much.

This was a pleasant place to stay as a young person in a couple.

The walls are a little thin so sometimes if someone got home late and was being inconsiderate and speaking loudly it would be a bit annoying. There was also no free breakfast like it says on Google.

The rooms were really clean, and the bathrooms were in great condition! There is soap and shampoo replenished when needed in all of them.

The staff were very helpful and gave us a lot of advice for doing things around Bangkok or how to get places.
