I stayed at this hotel (not sure about this!) for a week. The room was quite cold. The air conditioner did not work effectively! I asked reception twice to check-in. However, they told me that this device has a thermometer and is automatic "When it reaches the desired temperature (32 degrees Celsius), it turns off." It was completely an excuse they mentioned many times, because the air conditioning was broken entirely. It turned off several times during the night and never on again while the air was around 13-14 Celsius, and the room was freezing. The TV in the room was broken and didn't show any channels. I asked reception to fix it, and they did. After two nights, the TV broke again, and I stopped watching it because the hotel receptionist behavior (Serhat) was arrogant, selfish, and unfriendly. The hotel's location was good, but the cars horns disturbing a lot. The rooms on the -1st floor were next to the public bathroom of the hotel, and the sound of a siphon could be heard constantly. There is no bar or cafe in the hotel. Water, tea, and coffee are not served in this hotel, and you have to go to the restaurants outside the hotel to get tea or coffee! Tea and coffee were served only during breakfast! The breakfast had little variety and their sweets did not contain sugar! Absolutely tasteless!
In my opinion, it should not be called a hotel. Unfriendly behavior, simple breakfast, no tea or coffee, lots of noise, and most importantly, inadequate air conditioning! A...

I think the hotel manager must learn him even to have an eye-contact when someone talks to him or even have a little body language and nonverbal communication, just hoping not to have full body Paralysis. hahaha||Air conditioning: the funny thing is that you need to ask reception to turn on the room air conditioning from downstairs. Because the air conditioning in my room did not work properly and it should be turned on from reception.||Don't trust the pictures they show you and those 3 stars are the ones they have themselves this place is a 1 star at best.||||Positive:||There was nothing to like about this hotel to like. Maybe Just location as this hotel was...
Read moreThe hotel could be of good potential and could attract more guests by improving on the quality of the services they offered; ||1. Checked – in process is smooth, the receptionist in the morning – spoke well English and accommodated my reservation via phone call. The next 2 days I did not find him there since he is the best guy in the hotel. ||2. Food/Breakfast is almost the same every day and very limited. ||3. The room is bit small but has adequate space to put your things and some stuff. Bed is clean, basic toiletries are available in WC. Old and rugged towels.||4. Comfort and safety are acceptable.||5. Checked-out process – worst. I’ve asked about receipt (since I need it for reimbursement) and he gave me Total 0 TL and I did not accept this receipt. ||6. Advantage is near the OSmanbey Train Station, restaurants, shopping areas, bakeries etc.||7. A lot of ways for improvement – but I will not refer this hotel to anyone unless they improve on Service and...
