Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I'm going to break down our stay of 8 days and 7 nights into the following:||||Pros:||- The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.||- The location of the hotel is excellent. It's very close to Taxim Square. We would go on walks occasionally to explore the surrounding area.||- The rooms are decent size although it all depends on your luck. Some rooms are very spacious while others not so much.||- The breakfast was very good and it is on a terrace which is very nice. ||||Cons:||- When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that our reservation (4 twin rooms) was not available; it was fully booked. We tried to reason with the staff informing them that we had booked our hotel rooms two weeks prior through an agency but to no luck. In the end, they gave us 1 twin bedroom and 4 queen bedrooms. They also promised us that by the morning we would have the twin rooms available. And indeed by the morning they gave us the twin rooms and the problem was solved. ||Interestingly, when it was time to check-out, another group of travelers also seemed to have issues with their booking. ||||So before you stay at this hotel, please confirm your booking and make sure that the rooms are available!||||- Another problem with this hotel is the elevators. I cannot emphasize this enough: the elevators are TINY! Maybe this is not uncommon with other hotels in the taxim area, but having a tiny elevator made our visit a bit challenging.||||- Another con, although this one is not that big of a deal: the shower. In order to use the shower, you have to hold down on a button. This becomes very annoying after a while so just keep that in mind.||||Note: If your are a muslim, make sure to ask the reception about the qibla direction because you will not find it in the room!||||TL;DR: Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Eresin Hotels Taxim & Premier. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in...
Read morePeace and mercy of God Apartment customer 701 To Mr. Director Please frame Mr. Yassi Kara The way he receives customers in the restaurant in the morning is substandard Ten o'clock in the morning is 8 Morocco time. I took grapes with watermelon in a plate, but near the elevator he took the plate from me in a strange way and ordered me to pay 20 euros. To the rooms but not that way. I worked in the largest tourist hotel in Morocco, the Conference Palace, for 30 years Like this behavior with the customer in front of other customers is very embarrassing On the 28th, I asked for salt in the reception from a boy who works with you, and on the phone I heard that for the sake of salt I have to pay. Disgraceful, never heard of it before But quickly Mrs. sevdi intervened I quickly ordered the salt for free, thank her very much This is the job of professionals as well. Room services are very good My best regards to you, and I hope you will unite my words...
