Mien Suites Istanbul — Hotel in Beyoğlu

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Have travelled all over the word but never have I had such nice hospitality. Was treated like family. Was greeted with complimentary drinks at check in also got a beautiful complimentary fruit bowl to enjoy when we arrived into our room. King suite on top floor with balcony was pure bliss perfect views and scenery for our honeymoon. Special mention must go to Abdullah such a nice person and happily attended to all our needs. He even let us borrow money off him at night when we were going out for dinner and had problems with the atm cash machine. Breakfast room service on the terrace balcony was breathtaking. Price paid was really good value for money.Room itself was clean and spacious and had a nice bathroom. Bed was comfy too. Apartment was in a nice area close to all the restaurant and shops in Taksim. Don't have a bad word to say about my stay here. Will definitely be back again. Thank you to everyone at Mien Suites Istanbul keep up...

Be carefull can be a tourists nightmare. A real customer experience...

I have various likes for the post shows that they continue doing the same scam...

I booked with them for my time in Turkey. The same date i arrive to istanbul i saw their whatsapp message that stating that they cannot make me stay with them but they will help me. Until last minute there were no signs of anything. And the word they will help me is the tricky part...

They sent me to another hotel of course not a good one and lied to me saying it is also one of their hotels but it was not, they profited from forwarding customer. it was a last minute and you don't have any choice to accept. i am sure it was around half price what i paid to them .... I stayed 2 nights and ran away one of my worst stays in Mylife and believe me i am a traveler it is not that easy to make me tell this....

We were a family of 5 and stayed at this hotel initially for 3 days. Our first day when we arrived was a bit of disappointment because our room was not available, so they made us stay in a nearby hotel. However, the next day we got to move in this hotel and the staff was simply outstanding in their attitude. Specifically, Mr. Abelsalaam was the most humble and obliging person we ever met on this trip. He is a gem of a person and an asset to this hotel. All 5 of us were made to stay very comfortably in the hotel and we also got the airport shuttle arranged through him.
