It was the third time I was |In hotel next2, but this time was completely different from previous times , because the hotel owner and manager and staff changed and the new ones ruined everything with their awful behaviour.|I share my experience with you so that you don’t trust them either, |I booked a duplex suite from December 19 to December 23 for 5 persons but when I received the hotel they told us our suite is not available due to some issues and it will be ready from December 21 and they gave us two room (a family suite and a double room), I trusted them and after some argue we accepted the new rooms , but when we went to our room the situation in the rooms were awful, I couldn’t even take a shower, when I turned on the faucet the floor of bathroom was full of water and water went out of the bathroom and everywhere was dry and dirty, I decided to go to reception to tell them the problem and when I open the door , water was coming from the roof , it was the dirty water from the room in upstair, |As a result we decided to change our hotel so we spoke with reception his name was mehmet but he told us we have to pay for the first night then we can change and leave the hotel and they charged my card for one night , and tomorrow when we decided to check out the reception told us we have to pay all the fee and while I was talking with reception I met a lady in lobby and I asked her what is your room and she told us they are staying in the duplex suite ( the only duplex suite in this hotel) from 17 to 21 . and we realised that the hotel booked the same suite for two person at the same time , that’s why they lied us the restoration will be finish on December 21. |So after a lot of argues we decided to change our hotel and when we were checking out they ensured me they won’t charge me and also I received an email from the hotel that the cancellation cost is zero but after 2 days they charged my card several times , and when I send massages to the hotel’s manager ( Yusef Demir) several times they finally answered We have the right to receive the full fee and call booking .|I negotiated with Booking.com and finally today ( after 1 week) they told me the hotel didn't offer an acceptable solution for my issue , so Booking.com...
Read moreIt felt too old and outdated. This is my personal experience. Some people may like this place. However, I felt very uncomfortable at this hotel. The treatment from the caretaker was great. But the quality of the room is too old. This is not a hotel, it is a mini motel and convenient if you want to be close to Istiklal Street. Police station is very nearby and makes you fell safe. No privacy is available in your room as the blinds are see-through- type of blinds and your bed right facing the stairs out. You’re in the core of Istanbul old neighborhoods. Take a look at my pictures as they’re not photoshopped like the ones they have posted online. I have taken these pictures in room 302 on September 26, 2019. I had a reservation from from September 26 until October second. I booked this through a travel agency and had to call them the very same day after two hours from my check-in. I called my agency and showed my frustration and the manger/ supervisor agreed to refund me 50% of what I paid. It was so worth it to pay the other half of what I paid to get out of this place and rent a decent room somewhere else. If you’re looking for a regular 3-5 star quality in a hotel, please stay away from this place. If you’re looking for convenience and you take a shower once a week or even less, this would be your favourite place. For all reviewers on this hotel, please be honest, direct and fair when you rate a hotel online as people from all over the world rely immensely on your thoughts and comments.

We sent them a message and told them we forgot something in the safe. A short while later, they told us the safe was open and empty. They sent messages suggesting we had 'left money somewhere else and forgot' . ||We are devastated by this theft. I asked them to tell me which duty manager had the override key. They refused! They kept saying the safe was empty. They also knew the amount of money in the safe. The owner sent a message saying,'Who travels with so many euros?'
