Taksim Club IQ — Restaurant in Beyoğlu

This has to be the most cringiest joke of a nightclub I have ever seen in my life. Me and my friend went who are from America. I recommend do not come here if you are coming from a rich country. They will do anything in their power to raise prices on you and sell you only the most expensive stuff. They will constantly vulture around your table and ask for tips. It was so annoying I just wanted to get them away from my table. So I gave them a couple hundred Lira each to leave me alone. But they still kept coming back. And me and my friend were sharing a Turkish bank account. And because he was the one using the card They asked me why I don't tip. I said I did give you tips. We both did. Why do they not understand the concept that we are foreigners, and together, so it is easier to have 1 turkish account? They're nothing but greedy vultures that give Turkish people a bad name. And not only that but the waiters kept coming back and fist bumping at our table and dancing. We are two guys at a table do you think we want to see a guy fist bumping at our table? Talk about cringey. Anyways as an American do not come to this place. You will feel disrespected it is not for us it is simply a trap. And just look at all the negative comments about this place, and the owner just unprofessionally argues with them in the comments. I believe every 1 star rating in this thread because we all had similar experiences, especially those who also come from rich countries such as UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Canada, and EU. I hope someone reads his comment and decides to go to another place who respects people with money. Nothing but a bunch of losers who work...

What a waste of space and time. Go there is you have your own crew and want to get drunk and dance with each other. The sound system and lighting and occasional dancers are decent. Everything else is scammy.

The girls standing at the tables work for the club. Why would a girl stand by a table, drink a fake drink the whole night by herself and fence of any interested guys? A lot of the clubs do this and if the rest hadn't happened I'd be fine with it.

I asked my waiter whether the girls were working and he said no. He also insisted they had no female employees and that even the gogo dancer was a customer. What load of cr$p. Funny in the response to my initial review the owner admits they have female employees including the gogo dancer and only denies the table girls working for the club.

They won't let you mingle with other customers either. After I realized the single girls are not customers I tried talking to other groups at other the tables. They were tourists and started talking to me and the night could have been saved, but soon the bouncer directed me back to my table.

On my way out I wrote a more direct message to one of the club girls I hadn't talk to but had made eye contact and she would low key flirt by dancing a little and smiling after the eye contact. Her response was simply "I am not allowed to talk to customers". At least she was honest.
