Laden Hotel — Hotel in Bodrum

We arrived on Sunday 25.09. Check in is at 2 pm. We arrived at 3pm, one hour later.||No one said hello, no one smiled, receptionist being busy on his phone until we got to the desk.||No welcome, nothing. ||He just asked for passports and he said to wait 10-15 min because the room was not ready yet. We left the luggages inside, and went to grab something to eat as we were awake for more than 14 hours.||Coming back after 20 min,room was still not ready. We waited for another 10 minutes, being ignored by everyone, and after I had enough, I asked him if the room is ready yet. He started speaking in turkis with another young boy and after another 10 minutes, he said the room is ready.||We went to the room , only to see that it wasn't the one we paid for.||We did pay for a deluxe double room. The one they gave us was standard room with no space for two people , and a balcony to step foot in.||We tried to talk to the boy, but englis was less than basic. ||We went back to the reception and for about 20 minutes we tried to make our point.||Receptionist put us on a call with a person to translate , as his English was also bad, ||After more than one hour of arguing, receptionist agreed to change the room.||We have been moved to a different room,bigger than the first one , but still not the one we paid for. ||After more shouting and arguing and negotiations, we have been told that we were going to get the room we paid the next Tuesday. ||At that time I was exhausted and when they said the we need to wait for the second room to be ready ( another 30min) ,I asked if I can rest in the first one by the time they finish cleaning the second one. ||I have been shown by hand movements and rolled eyes,that I must leave the room and wait somewhere else in the hotel.||We ended waiting on the roof terase in the hot sun for another 20 min. ||At that point , I gave up, and I started crying.||I felt humiliated, ignored, miss treated, all on our own expenses. ||When finally the room was ready, we went back to take the luggage. I said to the receptionist " was that really necessary?".He stared at me and replied " no more room changing Tuesday!!!". " you do not like, you go!"||I was just in shock ,because the only thing we asked , was the room that we paid for.||We had to talk again with the person on the phone, to make sure we were still going to get the room we paid in two days.||Tuesday we finally got the room we paid for.||We stayed there 2 weeks. In this time, the room was cleaned twice.||We had to take out the rubbish daily, in the last two days we bought toilet roll because when I requested toilet roll from the hotel staff they said " no English "||After the first time they clean the room( clean is too much to say, as sand and hair was still in the shower), we had no face/ hand towels,and when we requested , they said " no acces to it". So we stayed one week without them. ||The balcony/terrace was never been cleaned in 2 weeks time.||I have never met such rude people in my all life , I have travelled a lot.||Hospitality is zero!!!! No hello, no welcome, no good bye. No respect for customers,no implications whatsoever!!! ||I am sorry for this long review ,but I belive that future customers need to know were they are heading and what to expect. ||The only star I gave is for the room size and for the fact that it takes 5 waking min to the center.||I will attach pictures with what room we had paid, and the view from the terrace.||If you have self respect do not chose this hotel...I am so sorry, I did not have a review like this , to avoid...

Мы с семьей останавливались проездом примерно 6-7 июня 2022 года. Мой муж, я, и две дочери (23 и 18 лет). Мы заранее номер не брали и приехали из путешествия по Анталье, Чиралы и Адрасана на автомобиле. Цена была в этом однозвездочном отеле в три раза дороже, чем за аналогичный номер в трехзвездочном отеле в Чиралы. Но это был самый дешевый свободный отель на тот момент, который мы нашли через поиск в интернете. У нас был номер на самой макушке здания. Окна выходили на кладбище. Возле кладбища стоял жилой дом и в нем был большой курятник и два задиристых петуха. С нашей лестницы был выход на не большую террасу, с которой прекрасно виден бодрумский замок, лиман с лайнерами, и на весь город. Я сняла красивые видео рано утром, когда начинаются азаны и петушиный песни, и ночью, когда видны лучи света из далеких дискотек. Оказалось, что Бодрумом называют не сам поселок Бодрум, где живет всего 36 тысяч человек, но и огромные прилегающие территории, по-сути, соседние деревни, которые довольно далеко. Летом в Бодруме проживает 10 миллионов человек. Поэтому отель в самом сердце Бодрума, это большой плюс. Пешком можно дойти хоть куда: в замок, пляж, древний амфитеатр, магазины и базарчик, множество ресторанов и кафе. У отеля есть собственный маленький, но очень чистый бассейн с крохотной зоной для маленьких детей. У бассейна красивая композиция из двух фигур обнимающихся девушек. Мои дочки сфоткались для инстаграм. У нас в номере не убирали. Мы с пляжа нанесли много песка и это было заметно. Сам номер не очень удобный в предбаннике две отдельные кровати и совмещенный санузел, одна стена - французское окно, ведущее на веранду, собственно веранда была комната для нас с мужем - с одной большой двуспальней кроватью. В отеле мы не ели. Муж сказал, что слишком дорогие завтраки. Поэтому ели в ресторанчиках. Приходили только по вечерам спать. В бассейн зашли только один раз, когда приехали, потом не было времени. Бодрум намного дороже Антальи по некоторым статьям в три раза, по другим - в пять раз. Сам Бодрум - суетливое, молодежное место. Нам с мужем не понравился, потому что за все платили мы с ним. :) Но впечатлений, конечно, очень много, в том...
