We stayed as a couple. We will start on the positives. The location is fantastic, with the main attractions in walking distance, so no need to rely on public transport. The staff were great, always helpful and attentive. The breakfast was Turkish, which we would expect, with plenty of choices available. The restaurant bar was great, along with the staff who ran it. We also used the restaurant in the evening for food, which again was lovely. A couple of negatives. The airport pick up didn't arrive, so we had to arrange for a taxi. The main issue was with the room itself. The bathroom was in desperate need of attention. Our bathroom leaked so we were immediately moved to the room directly upstairs (where we think the leak originated). Again, the bathroom needed attention. Read moreThe hotel is located stratigicaly near the center of Istanbul. Just a 15 minutes walk from the Sultanahmet mosque. Everything else about the hotel is not so worth. Rooms are relatively clean and small, walls are thik and you can hear the TV of the neighbours. Windows are not well asolated and since the venue is practically stick up to a small neighbourhood mosque you can get woken up in 3 am by the prayer calling.||Also, practically there is no lobby, tyhe restaurant is small and the breakfast isn't nothing special. we had a much better one when we were in Greece. ||On top of all that personal almost doesn't speak english.||I wouldn't reccoment it unless you are looking for a...
