Beethoven Premium Spa Massage Hamam Turkish Bath — Local services in Fatih

This place was absolutely horrible! I went here with my friend, the staff did not care about you once then have taken your money. They did not bother to tell you the procedures and treatment time. When we had our foam scrub, there was only lady serving both of us so I ended laying on the heated stone and watched my friend being scrubbed and washed. When it was my turn, my friend had to wait for further 20mins. The tea was served to my friend but I had to ask for mine. When I was about to drink mine, we were asked to go for our massage. The staff time management is really unacceptable. The massage was terrible, towels were wet and dirty from previous client when we entered the massage room. The masseur was not attentive at all to your needs and did not perform the correct massage. After our massage, we took showers there wasn’t any shampoos or soaps! This place is a total rundown. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and pools floors were broken- same with the shower rooms. When we gave feedback to the lady who helped with our booking she didn’t care at all, as most of the time she was on the phone. When we asked for the manager she said that she was only a receptionist and there is no manager or management managing the place! Totally horrible experience and disappointed with this level of service for the price we paid. DO NOT COME HERE!

The spa treatment was trash. The lady was extremely rough and did not know what she was doing. They didn’t even ask what areas we need more attention and what areas to avoid. What if we had an injury somewhere? They could’ve damaged something and we would sue. The bath wasn’t that great either, the lady did not communicate at all and got water up my nose and soap in my eyes. Just a simple “I’m going to put water on your face now” would’ve been enough but no, she just did the work without saying anything. The garbage cherry on top was that when we showed up everything else was broken, the pool was drained and the hot tube was off. The steam sauna was under repair and could not be used. Even the TV in the resting area did not work….we just sat in cold silent as we waited hours for others in our party to be done. Absolutely the worst spa experience...
