To start with the rooms: we booked double room. The room was too small we could barely able to move.

The window view was the inner side of the hotel and it is closed, so we were not able to had fresh air and the view was the opposite window.

They did not change the towels, only one time per 7 days.

They don't clean the room, just tidy it up. The air conditioner turn on and off suddenly, we asked to maintain it but no answer.

The location:

The location is really good and close to the tram station, 5 min walk. Besides, it’s close to a lot of shopping markets and grand bazaar.

The hotel reception is in the first floor, so you need to climb up the stairs with your bags. And each time you come tired you need to climb up stairs to reach the elevator.

But I have to mention that we we arrived, 5 min later, the waiter come to help us with...

It was an awful experience with them..First of all dont trust the photos what has been given to there website.its completely different.the room we stayed was big but the window was broken(i will provide photos)..

Breakfast was not good at all.only few item and the bread they surved it was may be 10 or 15 days ago's.there was mold in the bread(i will attached a photo for prove).My 2 years baby had their bread and he had loose stool twice.they dont clean the juice and water machine.it was not refill of changed for long times.and there was a very bad smell from water and juice..

They didnt provide any bottle of water with out room..we bought from outside..

The staff was not nice at all.no smile on their face..

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN..AND WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT...
