First there was no welcome in the reception .. and the girl in reception was very bad without any smile even if a fake although I was inside laughing and talking and I smile

When I asked the girl i want to see the room before I pay said "no"

I told her I just want to see the room no more than that .. She said "no"

I told her sorry she would cancel the booking and said if I canceled the booking I will deduct the value of the reservation from your bank account

And because I was very tired of travel, I decided to give up and pay and enter the room so I paid and so was the residence : -

Place is unclean

After two days of residence I asked them to change the cover of the beds and did not change them

and i asked one of the blanket said that there was no extra cover that said "no" is not allowed to give you another cover

In the morning, I discovered that the air conditioner was dripping water on the ground and that the floor of a room was full of water and that my bags had been completely damaged and When I told the reception that there was a malfunction in the air conditioner and had to be repaired it was not repaired

The TV batteries do not work and tell them to change them and not change them

The pillows of the bed were thin and very thin, and I asked for other pillows, and they refused

The breakfast is very poor, bad and frequent

and no phone in the room

Your many things and details more than this place is the worst thing on my trip to Istanbul and it turns out to me a very bad...

Location is the only plus. We ordered a room for two people. One day before arrival I got a message from a hotel staff to check we are coming. Once we arrived, our room for 2 people had 5 beds (one single, two single put together on one double). The bed linen didn't look really fresh and was dirty from a dust and worse, mens hair. Curly and tough ones. Furniture was dusty, fridge dirty and mouldy. Towels was greyish, with lot of stains. Toilet seat was not fixed to the toiled, so pretty akward. The room smelled little bit of cigaretes. The only cleaning service provided was taking out the trash. The breakfast provided in the building next to ours was the same every single day. Bread, some cheese, salami, tomatoes, cucumber and olives. Some jams and margarine. Coffee, tea, some extra sweet juice and water. Only highlight was delicious melon. Tables in the dining are inside/on the terrace were constantly dirty. The biggest dissapointment was a staff. One we asked them for a clean bed linen we were told there is more beds and we can choose the cleanest ones and the cleaning servise is not available. We found the bed linen store room and changed it ourselves. Once needed some information about the public transport or any recommendations was not provided. Minus points also for noise in the morning. Their profile on booking states the hotel is located close to the beach. Actually the beach is not a beach but a seaside road. WiFi...

that was my 9th travel to istanbul.i stayed 5 night last week at the hotel with my wife and my mom.we had 2 separated rooms.rooms had lots of problems and the girl at the reception was so impolite and rude.the rooms were so dirty and the blanket had stains of blood on it.the day after i came to reception and asked to chang it but the girl at the reception told me rudely that this is my mistake and that they can not change it until checkout.finally the blanket was changed but after lots of discussion.the bathroom was not clean and the toilet flush was out of service,every time i had to fill it with water and then push the Button.the tank door was also missed and they did not fixed it during our stay.as the air became cold in istanbul it was cold in the rooms,but the air condition system in one of the rooms was out of service and when i asked the reception to fix it she answered that sometimes it does not work!!!!!so i becale sick and I caught a very hard cold||the breakfast was terrible.each morning we took some thing too eat there was some hair strand specially on the olives and tomatoes.the tables were also dirty and the staffes did not clean them||the wifi was disconnecting whole time and they was all ressetiong the wifi modem||stay in Gorur hotel was a very very bad experience for us and i am sure i will never come...
